An inspection was scheduled for two working days after I contacted Community Post Solutions with a three hour window. Eric texted me 15 minutes prior to arriving, arrived on time and was quickly able to identify the likely insect was ants and suggested a treatment plan which he handled right then. The entire experience was quick and professional.

Because we have no groundhog burrows, Joseph advised against his setting traps but encouraged us to buy a trap and try ourselves. He spent time with us discussing options which was helpful.

We had a bat that was in a highly used common area, and Jeremy came right out, thoroughly checked the outside, and then went inside and caught the intruder. The prompt and courteous service was so appreciated. He is the best!

Responded quickly when we saw carpenter ants vs termites, came and sprayed indoor areas of concern and outdoor areas. Put in extra traps for indoor areas. Took care to make sure pets and plants were safe. Thanks Daniel!

We had a raccoon living in our basement rafters. Have Evan came out and searched the area. The raccoon had vacated before he got here. He spent well over an hour searching through the basement rafters to figure out where he was coming in. He was very professional and did a thorough job.

Derek from Community Pest Solutions was prompt, friendly and did a thorough job inspecting our home for pests and the process of how they would get rid of them and keep them out. Squirrels and bats were evicted from the attic and all points of entry were sealed up.
