We had a massive mouse problem in our garage and attic. Also bees were entering the bathroom through an outside wall. Derek the technician was knowledgeable and courteous. We bought a package deal and all was taken care of. I recommend them. We continue to use this service. They do a good job and the technicians are all very courteous.

Initial contact from Joseph was positive. He texted prior to his on-time arrival to provide an ETA, communicated clearly, listened well, answered my questions. He has a positive attitude and is responsive to texts. He came on time the following day to begin the process of setting up traps.
