We had a massive mouse problem in our garage and attic. Also bees were entering the bathroom through an outside wall. Derek the technician was knowledgeable and courteous. We live in an older home and do suffer from pests. After a few years squirrels do find their way back in. Once again we called on this competent, reliable and professional pest control service who always deliver. Erik was great, highly recommend.

I utilize Community Pest Solutions on a program bases throughout the year. My primary use with them was to get rid of carpenter bees. Which worked great. But we like to have the routine battle against other pest and critters.

we signed up for an annual service since we live in the countryside and there are always mice. We also have a raccoon that has decided to take up residence in our attic and they will remove it and relocate it.

January 2026 update - Community Pest Solutions has continued to be very responsive. I am very glad that they keep coming to help when I call. I have used Community Pest Solutions for going on six years. I have been problem free for two years because they keep the treatment up by coming 3 times a year. Works for me!

Eric was awesome. He found all the sneaky spots mice were getting in and now we've been mouse free for weeks.

My tech was thorough, timely, and friendly. He showed me the traps and checked all the traps he set without rushing or cutting corners. I highly recommend Community Pest Solutions.
