we signed up for an annual service since we live in the countryside and there are always mice. We also have a raccoon that has decided to take up residence in our attic and they will remove it and relocate it.

Dylan was great. Community Pest Solutions is always wonderful to interact with. Phone staff is great. Technicians are knowledgeable, professional and nice. Highly recommend.

Incredible customer service. Very easy to reach by phone or text. Daniel has been so helpful and thorough and always appreciate their timely responses. Their monthly subscription is a great deal to have peace of mind for any unexpected critter invasions.

They are super professional and have helped seal up several spots mice were getting in from. They look for permanent solutions and are my go to if we encounter any pests!

Eric was so great to work with and helped us tremendously with a terrible rat problem in our crawl space! Highly recommend Eric and Community Pest Solutions if you ever have a rodent or other pest issues.

Dylan has been timely on appointments, set traps, last visit trapped a couple rodents, more to go!

Awesome!

Always professional and thorough! Their timeliness of appointments is refreshing and I can trust they will be here during their quoted appointment windows.

Dylan was great! He was very kind and professional. He took time to explain what the problems were and how he planned to address them. He started work the same day to address the pest problems. Thank you, Dylan!

Appreciate having the same person out each time - it builds consistency and trust. Their annual package is a solid deal, allowing us to call on them without concern for surprise pricing for any issues that come up throughout the year. Evan is always prompt and professional.

I cannot say enough good things about Community Pest Solutions. They had great communication from the front desk to the tech letting me know arrival times. Thanks for the awesome job!

January 2026 update - Community Pest Solutions has continued to be very responsive. I am very glad that they keep coming to help when I call. I have used Community Pest Solutions for going on six years. I have been problem free for two years because they keep the treatment up by coming 3 times a year. Works for me!

Eric was awesome. He found all the sneaky spots mice were getting in and now we've been mouse free for weeks.

My tech was thorough, timely, and friendly. He showed me the traps and checked all the traps he set without rushing or cutting corners. I highly recommend Community Pest Solutions.

I signed for a subscription and this was one of the routine appointments. Daniel also finished sealing the house. He was great - lovely communication, sending updates, informing me about the situation and the work being done, and being flexible and adjusting to my schedule. Thank you so much!

Community Pest has been amazing to work with. They started with doing a great job with a general inspection and rodent exclusion when we found one in the house. Eric continues to provide amazing follow up service. Community pest is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We have renued annual service twice already and we'll do it again.

Very personable, insightful inspection process and seemed knowledgeable.

Eric completely fixed our mouse infestation problem (and squirrel coming in through a gap in the roof). We continue to be also free of bugs. All without using poison in the house and pesticides around the perimeter... just diligent checking of gaps and cracks. Super impressed with their services.

From day one Daniel has been outstanding and professional. Great with the family and continues to be an asset to maintaining a safe environment in our home. The staff at community are always responsive, friendly, supportive and efficient.

Community Pest has been fantastic and our technician Eric has been great throughout. Great communication, very timely, very thorough. Would recommend to anyone.

We've been very pleased with the service we've received from Eric and the whole team!

Evan was very professional and courteous. He worked hard, going around the house and climbing on the roof despite less than ideal weather conditions. He explained our options clearly and gave us all the information we need to make a decision.

I'm in the process of using Community Pest Solutions for a mice issue in my attic. Ethan has been very professional and friendly. He did some scoping of the issue and determined where the problem was and then also worked on mitigating any future problems by closing up enter points on the outside. So far I've been happy with the service.

Derek is truly wonderful. He is professional, kind, thorough, and incredibly reliable. He always follows up, explains everything clearly, and makes the entire process feel easy and stress-free. We trust him completely and genuinely appreciate the care and consistency he brings every visit. Highly recommend Derek.

We were so impressed after the bat mitigation that we hired him for pest maintenance and the service continues to impress. Thorough, professional, reliable. Great company.

Derek was knowledgeable, prompt and successful in ridding our house of squirrels. Would highly recommend!
