Compass has serviced our home for 18 years. Very friendly staff, always on time, and if there’s an unexpected bug issue they take care of it right away!

Jonathan was very personable and friendly at our initial meeting. My husband and I had asked for quotes on service for termites, and pests in general to include mosquitoes. He was very knowledgeable about the service that the company offered to customers, and listened to our concerns and answered any questions that we had.

Very professional, thorough, detailed explanation. We had the same service person as last year so he was able to see the changes over last year.

Jonathan was very polite and he explained the things that I didn't know about, like the upcoming booster. It is important to get information on changes, especially where costs are concerned. We live in different times and cost increases should be available to the customer up front.
