Dale tested our home for asbestos. Super knowledgeable and personable. Provides quick results and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!
We have used Complete Testing Solutions multiple times for air sampling in our home and we highly recommend! Dale has a wealth of knowledge, is always respectful of our home, has great communication and very honest. Everyone that we have recommended him to has also been happy with Dale and his work. We definitely trust his expertise and know that we can always rely on him for excellent advice and accurate testing.
I was in the process of purchasing a much older home, and called Dale due to my concerns about possible vermiculite under the blown in cellulose insulation in the attic. When I told him that I was under a time crunch to complete inspections, Dale offered to come out the same day to investigate. He showed up early, was professional, friendly, and took his time explaining his inspection process. He even inspected the rest of the house for any additional areas of concern since he was already onsite. I couldn't believe it when he said there wasn't a fee because he didn't find anything that required testing! Rather than take advantage of my situation, Dale proved that he is an honest businessman and not out to just make a buck. I highly recommend Dale and CTS for any mold or asbestos testing needs. You can be sure you are getting expert service at a fair price. Thanks Dale!
Dale is a true asset to his profession! He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and genuinely cares about his work. He walked us through every step of our testing, answered all of our questions and was always on time & prepared. I feel extremely confident that our home is safe for our family which is priceless! I will definitely reach out to Dale again if I ever need any kind of testing in the future and cannot recommend his services enough!
