We thoroughly enjoyed our DJ, Anna! She was super kind and energetic. She checked in with us multiple times to see if we needed anything. The music she played was perfect!! Our guests were on the dance floor all night and never once made negative comments about the song selections. I’ve heard wedding DJs can make or break your wedding, and she certainly made it!!! Our only recommendation would be to ensure the DJs know how to pronounce the couple’s last name. We were introduced incorrectly for our grand entrance. It wasn’t a huge deal but definitely an important aspect of the wedding. I would 10/10 recommend Complete Wedding to DJ anyone’s wedding!!

Yet another 1 star review to reply to you. Anna said via phone call that she would need to be paid from 1pm until 10pm allowing 3 additional hours for setup at a rate of 200 an hour. So 9 hours minus the 5 hours alloted for service left us with an additional 4 hours of payment needed. Anna was quite clear that the setup was not included with the 5 hours of service and was additional, furthermore, she mentioned the additional time was needed due to two areas needing setup. So all in all it was over 2600 dollars expected out of us. We did cut the service short on our own accord. Im wanting a 33% refund on the dj service or we'll probably just let civil court figure it out due to the breach of contract. These people know exactly what their doing, everything is said verbally over the phone with little proof of the actual conversation.

Our experience with Complete Weddings and Events was FAR from great. 3 days out from the event we were met with a surprise 800 dollar invoice from Anna the DJ for our event claiming she needed 3 hours of setup time leaving us only 2 hours of actual play time with our 5 hour service, forcing us to pay her for the extra time. Secondly we chose Top 40 songs, 2020s, 2010s and 2000s. We were met with Garth Brooks, Britney Spears, Def Leppard... out of the Dozens of artists we requested only Lana Del Ray was played. Blink 182, Sex After Cigarettes, Mac Miller, was the type of music requested... We had several guests mention the dj service and how poor it was. As the groom I sat at my reception texting the dj youtube links of what to play even after our 90 min phone call. Lastly, we had 1 song on our DO NOT PLAY list.. one freaking song and the lady plays it moments after the planned dances... I was floored as my wife bolted across the room to stop it... INSANE! Not to mention this service was nearly 3000 dollars after it was said and done.

We hired this DJ service for our wedding and, unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations we had, especially considering the significant amount of money we invested for such an important day. While Corban was polite and professional in his interactions, there were several issues throughout the reception that impacted the overall atmosphere. A Couple requests had to be made to increase the volume of both the music and microphone because many guests, as well as our photographer, were unable to hear announcements or music clearly. At one point, I had to ask my wedding coordinator from our wedding party to take the microphone and make announcements because guests could not hear Corban speaking. In addition, the music selection and overall energy of the reception were lacking. A DJ plays a major role in helping keep guests engaged and encouraging participation on the dance floor. When I spoke with management about his particular lack of enthusiasm and to encourage or engage the guest to get on the dance floor he stated that is not typically their job. Which in my opinion that is their job and Despite requests for more upbeat and engaging music, the reception never gained momentum. While it is normal for some guests to leave throughout the evening, we had a significant number of guests leave hours earlier than expected, which was disappointing and noticeable. What was most frustrating was the response from management when these concerns were brought to their attention after I wrote a review a day after our ceremony. Rather than acknowledging our experience and looking for a resolution, our concerns were largely dismissed because they stated the DJ had never received a negative review before. While a strong track record is certainly important, it does not mean every customer will have the same experience. Customer feedback should be taken seriously regardless of previous reviews. We are not seeking a full refund, but we do believe some form of compensation or goodwill gesture would have been appropriate given the issues we encountered. Most importantly, we hope this feedback is used to improve future services so that other couples do not experience similar disappointments on their wedding day. We wanted our reception to be memorable for the right reasons, and unfortunately, the DJ service did not deliver the level of entertainment, engagement, and professionalism we expected.

Heather was absolutely amazing and perfectly captured the vibes we wanted for the day! We said we weren’t big dancers and ended up on the dance floor all night thanks to her energy and song picks. We loved our experience with her from start to finish, thank you Heather!!!

Matt and Haley did an amazing job at our wedding. My wife and I planned our wedding entirely on our own so it was extra helpful to meet with Matt well ahead of the wedding to clear up details. On the day of, he came prepared and ready to improvise where needed. We had specific playlists for them to use, specific signals to watch for, specific timings, all the details you could think of, and they knocked it out of the park. Our wedding went so smoothly it didn’t feel stressful or “DIY” at all.

While I can't speak for the services, I can for the rep. We met a rep at a vendor expo and she wanted some details of our wedding so we gave her our timeline (wedding at 3, cocktail hour from 4-5, dinner 5-6, reception till close). She informed us that a cocktail hour would be a huge mistake as wedding guest would get bored and we would have enough photos anyways. We were gonna leave it there, as it was an expo, but she proceeded to text us DAILY so we shared our concerns as to why we didn't want to go with her, and she began to berate all the other vendors there, and took no responsibility for their actions. (Screenshots provided) If the services are anything like the sales rep, you'd be saving yourself a headache going anywhere but them. Steer clear.

Our DJ, Connor, and his assistant, Jilly, were absolutely AMAZING at our Halloween Party this year. Energetic, upbeat, and so much fun! Would absolutely recommend him, and will be requesting him for future events!

Connor (our DJ) was fantastic! He checked on us multiple times to make sure he was doing a great job, was great announcing during the wedding, and also danced with us at the end! You need to ask for him if you’re considering booking with Complete Weddings! Top notch service!
