I’ve been bringing my cars here for years! I love the customer service I’ve received and the quality of the repairs and service. I also love the fact that they always tell me of what may be coming up in the future. I highly recommend Concours Motors❤️
Professional, thorough, organized. I found my new auto repair shop for my Mercedes. Nice folks to do business with. Do yourself a favor and hire this shop for your vehicle. They go above and beyond.
Shelby was great providing an honest assessment of what was required of the maintenance items. Work was performed in a timely manner with no attempt at selling additional work.
As always, received excellent service at Concours. These guys really know their stuff!
Quick, Friendly, Honest, Great work!!
Always great - staff is very friendly, answers ALL questions, are very thorough and I love the email [including pictures] and in person phone updates- means alot! They even put my window shade in the front window while waiting for me to come pick up my car! Wow. The attention to detail is lovely and much appreciated.
Great communication and staff support.
All the staff are welcoming and friendly. They keep you informed about, and explain, service needed. As one of their elderly, female customers, I appreciate this.
Always friendly and helpful. Found a short in my previous car that was missed by 3 autoshops!
