Last visit had the brake and transmission fluids replaced. Very neat work, no spillage! Did lose one tire air fitting protective rubber cap though, I will have to find another.

Shelby was amazing and helped me get what I needed to accomplish and was very thorough and amazing customer relations! Highly recommend for mercedes owners and high quality work!

My alternator went out one evening. The next morning they were able to take the car and replace the alternator plus repair a serious leak. The car was finished the next day. They’re friendly, professional, and very responsive to the customer’s needs. Well done!

So sorry you couldn't repair the car but, nor could Mercedes of Oxnard or Crown Chrysler or Shaver Chrysler of Thousand Oaks. You referred to another shop at 3111 East Main Street that they can do the repair. Might take several weeks because of work load and holidays.
