Concours Motors Auto Repair

Always great service, never any regrets. The folks at Concours Motors always go out of their way for the customer. but let me put it this way: the Concours team always keeps my car in tip-top shape. ( and not just because a couple of the service advisors want to buy my 2003 530i when I’m ready to let it go.)😎👍🏼

Once again Concours motors took care of my Audi A6. Needed an inspection along with a service and also needed maintenance on my transmission. They are up front with the costs and didn’t try with adding any extras. Got it done on time and kept me informed of the progress of the repairs.

As always, the Concours team is outstanding. The warmth, knowledge and enthusiasm of Sixto and crew makes for a top-notch stay while waiting. I enjoy watching the various vehicular problems being discussed and a logical path forward mapped out. While all of this being done I get the same feeling as sitting down to a friendly family home cooked meal.

Professional and detailed from start to finish each and every time I have my vehicles serviced at Concours. Sixto is very informative and detailed orientated. Shelby and Jerry who had the pleasure oo working with too were excellent and professional and I always feel like I am in more capable hands at Concours Motors… Read full review

I rarely leave reviews, but Concours Motors earned this one. I brought them my 2007 BMW M5, a car that requires experience, patience, and careful diagnosis. Shelby was great providing an honest assessment of what was required of the maintenance items. Work was performed in a timely manner with no attempt at selling additional work.

I had what I consider a major repairs/ maintenance completed recently on my BMW. I do not have more than a very rudimentary knowledge. Shelby was able to help me understand what needed to be done, how things worked and what was a priority. He was also able to provide options for servicing. I will be visiting… Read full review

Absolutely fantastic guys and gals working here! Their diagnostics report was detailed and comprehensive but they help me figure out what needed to be done vs. what could wait. They performed the repairs quickly and my car has been running smoothly ever since. Highly recommend!

I had to bring back in my car a couple of weeks after they had repaired my car. The same issue of the temperature gauge and Check engine light reappeared. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. They keep you informed about, and explain, service needed. As one of their elderly, female customers, I appreciate this.

Took the car in for coolant leak and while nothing was found, after a miscommunication this team was kind enough to comp the diagnostic. Will always bring my cars here.
