Concours Motors Auto Repair

Great service from the onset. My service advisor, Sixto was extremely informative and took the time to explain the process. He thoroughly answered all my questions. Great customer service! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Worked with Sixto. He's friendly & knowledgable. Picked this spot because it's so close by, but will keep coming back for the great service!

Always great service, never any regrets. The folks at Concours Motors always go out of their way for the customer. but let me put it this way: the Concours team always keeps my car in tip-top shape. ( and not just because a couple of the service advisors want to buy my 2003 530i when I’m ready to let it go.)😎👍🏼

I trust my car in the care of the folks at Concours Motors and that means a lot!

Nice and friendly experience .

Concourse is fantastic. Great team of knowledgeable staff. They have been taking care of our 2010 Range Rover HSE L322 and it’s got around 80k miles. With their help we’re confident we’ll get another 80 no problem. If you have European car, this is the place.

The Concours Motors staff is always pleasant and helpful. Sixto and Shelby always explain things clearly about the work that needs to be done on my car.

We have used Concours Motors for several years on several different cars. We have had major to minor work done. The communication and work ethic is excellent. You can tell they care and work hard.

I've been going to Concours Motors since 2019. Even though I don't live in California full-time anymore, I continue to get my repairs and oil changes done here whenever I'm in town because the service is that excellent. Whenever I need work done on my car and I'm in Southern California, I always come to them because… Read full review

The experience at Concours Motors is always great. From the time you step into their service counters till the time they hand you back your keys, those guys are very friendly and all smiles. They are never pushy about the recommended work. If you own/ drive a European vehicle, Concours Motors is the place for service.

I took a chance going to Concours Motors for an oil change because of a great mailer. I was helped by Sixto who was very attentive and personable. My experience was amazing from their attentive service, the 53 point inspection in a very detailed format, to the awesome shuttle service. Like anything else everyone… Read full review

Concours Motors is my go-to for repairs. They always do a great job, communicate throughout the process, and have exceptional customer service. Sochi even helped me how to finally get my new phone synched with my car. I wouldn't go anywhere else for BMW maintenance and repairs.

I do something with concour motors that people find hard to do these days and that is i trust them, I take their word on things and they treat me with respect.

I’ve been bringing my cars here for years! I love the customer service I’ve received and the quality of the repairs and service. I also love the fact that they always tell me of what may be coming up in the future. I highly recommend Concours Motors❤️

Shelby was great; communicated regularly with us while our Sprinter van was in for routine maintenance but also needed some extra work. The service tech is a Mercedes specialist and sent pics, videos and was on top of what our van needed, so we feel confident driving it on our month long trip into Canada.

Shelby in scheduling and Calvin in service were excellent!

I had anticipated Concourse to be cheaper than MBZ.. they cost exactly the same...

i love that everything that they serviced was written and taken pictures of. mechanics and Shelby service manager is very good at his craft. i took my bmw and benz for service and was very satisfied with their great work!!!!

Great job?

Another good experience with Concours! Honest and reliable. Thanks a million!

Professional, thorough, organized. I found my new auto repair shop for my Mercedes. Nice folks to do business with. Do yourself a favor and hire this shop for your vehicle. They go above and beyond.

Top notch service! Everyone, from Santiago who drove me home to Josh who handled my service and the mechanics who did the work on my car, was very nice and professional. The work was completed in a timely manner. I look forward to working with them in the future.

I want to thank Shelby and the Concours Motors team who were very helpful with keeping me informed on the services that we’re priority with my vehicle and the professional work done by the mechanic that got my vehicle back on the road. Concours Motors will be the shop that I will use for my vehicle services going forward. Great job Concours Motors.

First class service.

I don't normally leave reviews but my experience with Concours was great. I was passing through town and my 2005 sprinter van acted up, had to pull over and was going to get towed to my mechanic in los angeles, but found these guys and glad I did. Great communication, very thorough and I felt confident to leave it… Read full review

Great service with Shelby and the team at Concours! We were in Ventura on vacation and the Audi wouldn't hold coolant. That was midday on a Friday. Even being closed on the weekend, they got us back on the road by noon on Monday. And...cost less than their original estimate! Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Concours Motors!!

This is the best car repair shop I have ever worked with! Every employee is kind, respectful, and professional. Every experience I’ve had with this team has been positive; and when money has been tight, they’ve helped prioritize the items my car needed so I could save up between repairs. I can’t say enough wonderful… Read full review
