As always, the Concours team is outstanding. The warmth, knowledge and enthusiasm of Sixto and crew makes for a top-notch stay while waiting. I enjoy watching the various vehicular problems being discussed and a logical path forward mapped out. While all of this being done I get the same feeling as sitting down to a friendly family home cooked meal.

Just recently purchased a vehicle and started using this facility based on recommendation. Experience has been positive as Service Advisors have been professional and explained findings clearly. Shelby and Sixto have been professional and easy to work with. My experience is relatively new but so far it has been positive.
