I have seen Erica at Confident Med Spa for several treatments now and each time has been a very positive experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and invested doing for me what suits me best. She also is very laid back, kind, and patient with working with any concerns I have. The atmosphere there is very relaxing…
Very nice
I can’t even describe how impressed I am with Erika and the whole team at Confident in a way that does it justice! From the moment I walked in the team was caring and attentive, offering me a drink and a comfortable place to sit, And Erika was so thorough in her prep and explaining everything to me before getting…
I have been getting Botox in Los Angeles where I live & was unsure where to go since spending 1/2 the year nearby. This establishment is lovely, welcoming, warmly designed & spotless. The nurse who did my Botox, Molly, was knowledgeable & friendly. I will absolutely return for fillers and microneedling.
Wonderful care for my skin.
I trust Erica implicitly with my cosmetic care. She is honest, kind, and has a great way of putting me at ease during the process. I am heading back to see her on a regular maintenance program. If you want an expert, experience, and kindness- oh, and want to look great- go see Erica!
I had a wonderful experience! The level of knowledge and expertise was truly impressive, and it made a big difference in the overall experience. Everything was handled with professionalism and care, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this to others and will definitely be back again!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Erika (at the Rochester site) is amazing! Highly recommend booking with Erika!
Molly made my experience personalized with a detailed consultation and was able to do the treatments the same day as her schedule allowed. Day 3 and my results are positive and I’m not even at my 14 day peak! I’ll definitely be going back. Thank you!
Erica was very kind and knowledgeable about products and procedures
Wonderful staff, and very knowledgeable. Clean relaxing environment. I will definitely return.
I had such an amazing experience here! I booked a new patient consultation with Molly, and she took the time to really listen to all of my concerns and walk me through thoughtful recommendations and next steps to improve my skin. I especially appreciated how she approached everything holistically and treated me like…
Molly,Erica, Lyndsey and all the girls are very knowledgeable and give great feedback. I enjoy being a Platinum member. They have been great helping me with my weight loss journey. I highly recommend them.
I have always seen Katy for botox and as of yesterday finally for a mini lip fill! She has been so patient with me as I have contemplated doing this for a long time but she never makes me feel pressured into doing something I’m not ready for. I feel very confident and comfortable in her care and love the results of her work!
Erika continues to be very professional n caring and have walked away feeling good:) I’m totally happy with confident spa!!!

I had a great experience at Confident Med Spa! Katy is the best, I went to her for some botox and help selecting skincare products.
