Before they came out to activate my sprinkler system I did my best to confirm I’d only be charged for successful work. I was under the impression that was true. They came out and in less than 30 minutes made a judgment that they couldn’t reactivate my sprinkler system. Minutes after leaving I received a bill for a service charge. After discussing with their billing team the above the only conclusion was I had to pay. I asked for the repair proposal many times before I was delivered a half assed one but still received bill reminder negotiations regularly. Beware hidden costs.

Thomas - thank you for your feedback. It's not always fun to hear, but it will make us better. We're seeing 16 emails through our Gmail, 14 emails from our system, 13 texts, 1 proposal, 1 appointment and 2 invoices since March 3rd, 2026. One of the invoices was our mistake and we wrote that off for you. But the original reason you called (activating your system) still can't be done until we fix the problem we found on that initial call and the repair we recommended is completed. We would be happy to help get that over the finish line for you and work harder to continually earn your business.

The tech made my irrigation work better than it has in 20 years by replacing, restoring, and redirecting the sprinkler heads. Now my irrigation system covers everything perfectly and is what I'd always hoped for, but no one was ever able to correct the problem areas before . I highly recommend them.
