I don’t like that they have gone to quarterly pest control instead of every month. I have so many more spiders, ants and bugs inside my home now. I’ve always received excellent service from the technicians with Cook’s!

I've been using Cook's Pest Control for several years. When I purchased my current home last year, I immediately contacted Cook's for my service, even though the previous owner had a contract with another company.

Very trustworthy. I wasn't home at the time of my service and I was very happy with the service when I returned home. My little people that lives in the home was very happy to know that Cook's is on our team. They was very excited about the sign in the yard advertising we're on Cook's team now.

We have used Cooks for years. My parents started using them when I was younger and we still use them now. They have always been very helpful and knowledgeable about any service we need. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our house has been pretty much pest free since we've contracted Cooks to handle our pest control

The insect control tech is very professional and will go the extra mile to satisfy the customer as well as rearrange his schedule to accommodate mine. He has done this a couple of times as I want to be home when he comes, as my doggie goes a bit bezerke when she hears someone outside the house.

Satisfied with what I’ve seen so far…

10 years later. No termites. Bugs? They try now and then as the season changes but, No bugs. Pet friendly solutions and hey, the technicians have always been professional, on time, personable and they know their business!

I really appreciate the communication and thoroughness of Cook’s pest control. I loved that when we had an unexpected rodent problem show up, Cook’s had a personalized solution just for me, and came out quickly to get to work, with all of it included under the umbrella of my regular service charges.

I use Cooks for maintaining my bug-free environment. They do a great job.

Cooks Pest Control has been responsive to every concern we have had. They communicate well and show up when they say they will. We have had no issues with ongoing pests.

Quick and efficient

We originally signed up for Cooks because of a mouse problem in our attic. Cooks took care of that so quickly, and we haven't had any issues since. We also have not had a single bug in the house since we signed up for Cooks. Two years so far of blissful home living without invaders, haha. :)

Tech is very engagingly letting you know about products and what they are using and doing, very courteous and a pleasure to deal with, very prompt, always texts or calls for appointments which really helps me. The techs at my dads house in Decatur and the tech at my house in Trinity are very good at their jobs!

My first initial visit was for rodents we had tried everything but we live where there's to many vacant lots and big fields so itade it impossible to control so when i called they came out within 2days and was prompt and thorough they also told what was inside would die and what's outside would stay and it was just that so I'm a forever customer

Cook's Pest Control is accommodating as far as working with your schedule and everyone at the office is pleasant and helpful. The technicians are particular and give a very detailed report of what they found and did. Overall, Cook's is a great company!

Jason Bishop is one of the most down to earth people I have ever met. He is my technician out of the Decatur, AL office and he is always on time and interacts with my children all while doing his job. Over the top customer service from Jason and the whole cooks team!

Service is always on schedule. Cooks Pest Control personnel are professional and very courteous. CPC has been servicing our property for over 20 years with great results.

I especially like the person servicing our home (Denise). She does a very thorough job, she is very friendly, and is willing to help with any question/concern that you may have.

Management is accessible and responsive. Our serviceperson Jeremy is courteous, efficient, prompt, trustworthy, and helpful. He cheerfully addresses any requests. We are pleased with Cooks.

Love Cook's! My family and I have been using them for years and years. You can't beat them.
