Had Cooks for years. Nvr had an issue. Well professional company and very helpful. The technician are always nice, professional and very informative with any questions I have. Fully explains what they had done around the house and always gives me updates on my termites inspection.

10 years later. No termites. Bugs? They try now and then as the season changes but, No bugs. Pet friendly solutions and hey, the technicians have always been professional, on time, personable and they know their business!

I have used Cook’s pest control since 2008. They have great customer service and my technician is wonderful. I simply could not ask for better. Anytime I need additional spraying inside of my house due to spiders they do not make me wait and always willing to offer assistance.

Prompt and friendly service technicians. They were able to work in all of my services on the same day.

I really appreciate the communication and thoroughness of Cook’s pest control. I loved that when we had an unexpected rodent problem show up, Cook’s had a personalized solution just for me, and came out quickly to get to work, with all of it included under the umbrella of my regular service charges.

They keep the bugs away with the exception of spiders (mainly brown recluse). They really got the population down but when late spring comes the battle begins again. However, anytime I see a spider, they come out and treat again. They really stay on top of the problem. It is really bad where I live and a challenge for any pest control company I'm sure.

They don't actually do anything that helps. Shoot the last few times they came to our house they didn't even do anything inside the house which is where we need them. Pretty sure the entire organization is a big sham because they definitely can't control any pests. One star because we're basically giving them money for absolutely nothing.
