Zack always listen to my concerns even when I can’t articulate them clearly he knows exactly what I need done. He reiterates my concerns then explain what he can do. The customer service I ALWAYS receive can’t be matched!! It just doesn’t get any better. :-) it’s not a put down of anyone else. all techs have given good service but I stay because of Zack.

Our Cook's technician provides very thorough monthly services. Really like her and service is effective!

Satisfied with what I’ve seen so far…

10 years later. No termites. Bugs? They try now and then as the season changes but, No bugs. Pet friendly solutions and hey, the technicians have always been professional, on time, personable and they know their business!

I have used Cook’s pest control since 2008. They have great customer service and my technician is wonderful. I simply could not ask for better. Anytime I need additional spraying inside of my house due to spiders they do not make me wait and always willing to offer assistance.

Prompt and friendly service technicians. They were able to work in all of my services on the same day.

Calvin was so personable and polite. He even walked to the fence where my dogs were barking to " jntroduce" himself. They didn't bark the rest of the visit. Very professional.
