I received what I asked for. Denise is very professional & works with the customer to meet their needs. It was a pleasure.
My Tech Adam is the best.
Professional and accommodating technicians
Our service technician is always friendly, respectful, and professional. He communicates well about the services performed. We are very pleased.
Tim consistantly goes above and beyond expectations. I would have selected D: All of the above to the previous question. Best in the business! Give that man a pay raise!
Really appreciate the detailed work. Always very satisfied with your work.
Great job and always friendly
He is very thorough when servicing your home. I have the upmost confidence in Chris.

Tim always does a great job. He makes sure everything is taken care of and answers all my questions before he leaves. Always very friendly and professional. Great job Tim!
Arrived on time. Very polite.
When Randall doesn't do my house inside and outside, the others only spray outside making all spiders, ants, and other bugs run inside my house. This is unsatisfied for me, I pay for an full treatment and those other people don't do that. If Randall can't do my house, don't send anyone else. Those others need more…
Good job at controlling pests
Cook’s Pest Control Service has been the only pest control company for over 46 years! Cook’s offers more services than any other pest control companies by far & we will always trust them to protect our home!
I’ve always received excellent service from the technicians with Cook’s!
We have been Cook's customers for nearly forty years and have never been disappointed.
I've been using Cook's Pest Control for several years. When I purchased my current home last year, I immediately contacted Cook's for my service, even though the previous owner had a contract with another company.
We have used Cooks for years. My parents started using them when I was younger and we still use them now. They have always been very helpful and knowledgeable about any service we need. I would recommend them to anyone.
They’re just great! We e been customers for 18 years!
Always do a great job!
Your technician, Kennon Comeaux, is a true professional. He came to my home and worked on fixing some issues with the termite traps around my home. He explained what he was doing, mainly because I was interested. He was courteous, extremely friendly, willing to answer questions about Cook's services. This young…
Great company and awesome staff.
Tony and Shellie are the best tech in Athens area!! They treat you like family and are very knowledgeable.
Satisfied with what I’ve seen so far…
10 years later. No termites. Bugs? They try now and then as the season changes but, No bugs. Pet friendly solutions and hey, the technicians have always been professional, on time, personable and they know their business!
Great company with excellent service, prices and personnel.
They keep the bugs away with the exception of spiders (mainly brown recluse). They really got the population down but when late spring comes the battle begins again. However, anytime I see a spider, they come out and treat again. They really stay on top of the problem. It is really bad where I live and a challenge for any pest control company I'm sure.
Efficient, responsive, professional
I use Cooks for maintaining my bug-free environment. They do a great job.
They do a great job. Friendly technicians that don’t mind special requests.
last time was for termite inspection
Great service. 20+ year customer.
I haven't had any issues since they started spraying and laying traps I am so pleased! The rats we were getting in from the woods were huge!!!
Love Cooks Pest Control
Jason Bishop is one of the most down to earth people I have ever met. He is my technician out of the Decatur, AL office and he is always on time and interacts with my children all while doing his job. Over the top customer service from Jason and the whole cooks team!
the tech netta is great she will always ask you what issues your having and will get the right supply to fix it. i wont have anyone else service my home
Excellent customer service, reasonable prices and friendly, thorough technicians.
I had an animal gnawing on the electrical cord of my air conditioner in my attic. Cooks didn't stop until the animal stopped!
Great service and great technicians always available and reliable 😀
Awesome Customer service
ALWAYS FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE TECHNICIANS.THE TECH. ALWAYS DOE'S A THROUGH JOB WHEN THEY ARE AT MY HOME & INQUIRE TI TO SEE IF THERE'S ANY ISSUES THAT NEED ATTENTION. I'M VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER OF MANY YEAR'S. THANK YOU, DAVID B BAILEY.
I like the excellent service and the fact that insects no longer over populate my property like they did before Cook's solved the problems
Cook's went above and beyond with their customer service. My gate broke while my quarterly service was being completed, and even though it wasn't the technician's fault, a Cook's team came out and personally replaced my fence gate because it happened while they were using it. I honestly can't think of another…
I especially like the person servicing our home (Denise). She does a very thorough job, she is very friendly, and is willing to help with any question/concern that you may have.
Management is accessible and responsive. Our serviceperson Jeremy is courteous, efficient, prompt, trustworthy, and helpful. He cheerfully addresses any requests. We are pleased with Cooks.
Jeremy is always friendly and professional! Because of him we are pest free! I just have to call him if we see a bug and he is out here that day.
I've used Cooks for over twenty years. Their technicians are kind and friendly. They are always ready to come back out if needed. They've never charged me a fee even though I've been late paying a number of times.
Christy is the most awesome technician I’ve ever met! She does a fabulous job every month! I can’t say enough good stuff about her! She should be teaching classes to all technicians so that all customers could have their very own Christy!
Willie Pickett is my service man. He has been 100% consistent and effective in taking care of my home regarding all pest control needs. He calls and makes an appointment every month when I asked him to; takes care of whatever the needs are that month AND should an unexpected need arise, he takes care of it…
I am super pleased with Mrs. Netta who comes and does our services every month. She is super sweet and goes over and beyond with excellence!
