Great company and awesome staff.

10 years later. No termites. Bugs? They try now and then as the season changes but, No bugs. Pet friendly solutions and hey, the technicians have always been professional, on time, personable and they know their business!

The folks that I have dealt with from the Cooks team have been so helpful and professional. Chris, Adam, and Justin really hit it out of the park with the level of service they provide with professionalism and the right touch of personal to make you feel like you are more then just a customer.

Cook's went above and beyond with their customer service. My gate broke while my quarterly service was being completed, and even though it wasn't the technician's fault, a Cook's team came out and personally replaced my fence gate because it happened while they were using it. Service is always on schedule. Cooks Pest Control personnel are professional and very courteous. CPC has been servicing our property for over 20 years with great results.

I especially like the person servicing our home (Denise). She does a very thorough job, she is very friendly, and is willing to help with any question/concern that you may have.

Management is accessible and responsive. Our serviceperson Jeremy is courteous, efficient, prompt, trustworthy, and helpful. He cheerfully addresses any requests. We are pleased with Cooks.

I've used Cooks for over twenty years. Their technicians are kind and friendly. They are always ready to come back out if needed. They've never charged me a fee even though I've been late paying a number of times.

Christy is the most awesome technician I’ve ever met! She does a fabulous job every month! I can’t say enough good stuff about her! She should be teaching classes to all technicians so that all customers could have their very own Christy!
