Great service! They listen to my concerns, are targeted everything I told them about. They also informed me about whats going on, what spray targets what and created a plan to help me in my situation. Definitely recommend

Great job!!!

Peyton did a good job explaining all of the services - the paperwork was clear. The techs did outstanding job the day of services. Thank you!

Arrived on time. Very polite.

When Randall doesn't do my house inside and outside, the others only spray outside making all spiders, ants, and other bugs run inside my house. This is unsatisfied for me, I pay for an full treatment and those other people don't do that. If Randall can't do my house, don't send anyone else. Those others need more… Read full review

Good job at controlling pests

Cook’s Pest Control Service has been the only pest control company for over 46 years! Cook’s offers more services than any other pest control companies by far & we will always trust them to protect our home!

Treated for brown recluse spiders and seems to have been successful!

I've been using Cook's Pest Control for several years. When I purchased my current home last year, I immediately contacted Cook's for my service, even though the previous owner had a contract with another company.

Always professional

We have used Cooks for years. My parents started using them when I was younger and we still use them now. They have always been very helpful and knowledgeable about any service we need. I would recommend them to anyone.

They’re just great! We e been customers for 18 years!

Your technician, Kennon Comeaux, is a true professional. He came to my home and worked on fixing some issues with the termite traps around my home. He explained what he was doing, mainly because I was interested. He was courteous, extremely friendly, willing to answer questions about Cook's services. This young… Read full review

Tony and Shellie are the best tech in Athens area!! They treat you like family and are very knowledgeable.

10 years later. No termites. Bugs? They try now and then as the season changes but, No bugs. Pet friendly solutions and hey, the technicians have always been professional, on time, personable and they know their business!

Prompt and friendly service technicians. They were able to work in all of my services on the same day.

They keep the bugs away with the exception of spiders (mainly brown recluse). They really got the population down but when late spring comes the battle begins again. However, anytime I see a spider, they come out and treat again. They really stay on top of the problem. It is really bad where I live and a challenge for any pest control company I'm sure.

I've used cooks for years and will continue to do so

Awesome people, Awesome experience & Awesome extermination

Efficient, responsive, professional

Technicians are great to work with, professional, friendly and educational as to what I can do to deter rodents & insects. Cooks Pest Control is a reliable service. I would recommend to others.

They do a great job. Friendly technicians that don’t mind special requests.

Great work

We originally signed up for Cooks because of a mouse problem in our attic. Cooks took care of that so quickly, and we haven't had any issues since. We also have not had a single bug in the house since we signed up for Cooks. Two years so far of blissful home living without invaders, haha. :)

Great service. 20+ year customer.

I haven't had any issues since they started spraying and laying traps I am so pleased! The rats we were getting in from the woods were huge!!!

Jeremy is awesome! He is one of the best pest control guys that we have had! He is kind, courteous, and very professional! He is always on time and does a very thorough job! Thank you Jeremy!

My first initial visit was for rodents we had tried everything but we live where there's to many vacant lots and big fields so itade it impossible to control so when i called they came out within 2days and was prompt and thorough they also told what was inside would die and what's outside would stay and it was just that so I'm a forever customer

Cook's Pest Control is accommodating as far as working with your schedule and everyone at the office is pleasant and helpful. The technicians are particular and give a very detailed report of what they found and did. Overall, Cook's is a great company!

Love Cooks Pest Control

I appreciate the dependability of the Cook’s brand—top to bottom, left to right. I love knowing any individual who shows up to assist with whatever issue we’re having will be able to answer most of our questions right THEN and THERE. [No huddled meetings, no ‘let me think about it and get back with you’, and… Read full review

Our tech Zach is great! He always answer my text and calls in a timely manner. We had a rodent problem and i called him several times to come and check the bait stations.

Jason Bishop is one of the most down to earth people I have ever met. He is my technician out of the Decatur, AL office and he is always on time and interacts with my children all while doing his job. Over the top customer service from Jason and the whole cooks team!

the tech netta is great she will always ask you what issues your having and will get the right supply to fix it. i wont have anyone else service my home

We appreciate the service they provide

I had an animal gnawing on the electrical cord of my air conditioner in my attic. Cooks didn't stop until the animal stopped!

I have probably all the services provided and am and continue to be very impressed with the men and women who work for Cook's. Proffessional, courteous, acomedating, and very friendly.

Always come running when I have a pest problem. We've been happy customers for 11 years.

Awesome Customer service

A++++

We have received quality pest and termite service from Cook's Pest Control for over 25 years.

The folks that I have dealt with from the Cooks team have been so helpful and professional. Chris, Adam, and Justin really hit it out of the park with the level of service they provide with professionalism and the right touch of personal to make you feel like you are more then just a customer.

Service is always on schedule. Cooks Pest Control personnel are professional and very courteous. CPC has been servicing our property for over 20 years with great results.

I especially like the person servicing our home (Denise). She does a very thorough job, she is very friendly, and is willing to help with any question/concern that you may have.

Management is accessible and responsive. Our serviceperson Jeremy is courteous, efficient, prompt, trustworthy, and helpful. He cheerfully addresses any requests. We are pleased with Cooks.

Jeremy is always friendly and professional! Because of him we are pest free! I just have to call him if we see a bug and he is out here that day.

I've used Cooks for over twenty years. Their technicians are kind and friendly. They are always ready to come back out if needed. They've never charged me a fee even though I've been late paying a number of times.

Christy is the most awesome technician I’ve ever met! She does a fabulous job every month! I can’t say enough good stuff about her! She should be teaching classes to all technicians so that all customers could have their very own Christy!

Willie Pickett is my service man. He has been 100% consistent and effective in taking care of my home regarding all pest control needs. He calls and makes an appointment every month when I asked him to; takes care of whatever the needs are that month AND should an unexpected need arise, he takes care of it… Read full review
