Our system needed replacing on the house we recently bought and Donovan came to check it out for us. Awesome, well run company. Technician today again (I’ve dealt with a dozen people) was very professional, caring, knowledgeable, and respectful.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Eugene and Cool Air Mechanical absolutely saved the day for my family. Our AC went out in the middle of this weekend’s historic heatwave. With a newborn, my wife, two dogs, and my sister-in-law visiting, going without AC simply wasn’t an option. To make matters worse, this happened on a Sunday evening. I…
Mr. Durante Davis, my service person is great! So professional and knowledgeable.
Getting quick support from Andre Haygood and Kennie Picon when needed was quick and effective. Thank you guys so much for the great job you do.
Excellent Service!
I could not be more thankful for Eugene and his kindness and service today. From the start I felt at ease. I had an issue with my drain line and Eugene went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed. On top of that, he answered all of my random HVAC questions. I could not be more pleased. Eugene is the type of…

Ruben!!! He was amazing! After already working a long hard day and arriving at a time when most people are winding down from their day, Ruben arrived ready to do his job and then went way beyond the call of duty to care for us. He was so thorough and painstaking in the process. He took pictures and explained every…
Phillip Watkins did an OUTSTANDING job replacing my A/C's coil. It took several hours and I felt confident that he has the experience and knowledge to do the job because this was his third visit to my home and I have become familiar with his expertise. Why? Because Phillip is trustworthy, knowledgeable in all things…

Cool Air has been a professional and reliable company over the past 9 years that I have been a customer. I had a recent problem with one of my AC units and they were at my home the next afternoon and stayed late to fix the problem. Their response time, professionalism of scheduler & service technicians and attention…
Cool Air Mechanical technician Ruben Gonzalea was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Cool Air Mechanical is an excellent company and great value.
Fast, easy, friendly scheduling. Knowledgeable technician. Not the cheapest, but reasonable. You get what you pay for! Will be a returning customer!
I called cool air for ac maintenance and was sent a salesman/tech that showed up over 4 hours past the appointment window. He proceeded to tell me that my 6 year old ac unit needed full replacement or at the very least a new air compressor at the tune of $4000 to $12,000. I called another company for a second…
Keith Freeman was polite, pleasant, prompt, efficient, professional, funny. A pleasure to work with.
A Lifesaver of a Service Experience! I bought a Lennox AC unit from Cool Air Mechanical through Costco a little over three years ago. Right after the three-year warranty expired, the unit started having problems, so I called Cool Air for service. Their technician, Eric Carson, came out over the weekend and…
Cedric the technician did an excellent job.
Shemar Shaw serviced my air conditioner that wasn’t cooling properly. He persevered and found the problem. He repaired my unit in a timely manner. I will ask for him should I need additional service. Very professional and knowledgeable.
Worst decision I ever made was Choosing Cool Air Mechanical to install a Lennox HVAC through Costco. From the very first installation 4 years ago to today, they've visited my home 34 times, and it's still not right. I've asked for a replacement many times and have had to escalate through Costco several times. DO NOT CHOOSE this company!
This company has done several different jobs for me: New HVAC, whole house surge protector, new hot water heater with upgrades and whole house 'germicide' contraption that removes junk from the air we breathe in the house, including Covid. They do it all, full service! Everything they have done for me, over the…
A/C maintenance . I receive excellent professional service
New remark..April 8 2026 Furnace went out April 2nd. Got a service mechanic out 4/3 to access the situation. Cedric was good and honest when asked how MUCH more money would he spend in this 2009 unit. After telling us that we decided that it was time for new one but a sales person count come until Monday. Alex came…
Dustin was absolutely awesome, so much knowledge and great advice on our HVAC system and the issues we are having with it. Greatly appreciated. Such professional service .
On Friday, March 13, we woke up to find out that we had no hot water, with company from out of town already on the way to visit us for the weekend. I immediately called Cool Air and, within an hour and a half, David the technician, was there to diagnose the problem. It was necessary to have a new hot water heater…
Repair two air conditioners after power outage Came the day they were called Excellent service
Unfortunately Cool Air Mechanical (CAM) has failed me on many occasions leading to the current rating. Recently they sent a technician to service a mini split who had as much knowledge of the unit as I do. The technician made a diagnosis (I agreed based on the visible jumble of numbers on the panel) but he also…
Service Technician Zeb Brown did an excellent job servicing the heating and air units at my home. He was professional and courteous as he explained the service that was needed.
We've had our new heating and air system from them for 3 years. They provide excellent maintenance and service. Their technicians are knowledgeable, polite and personable. We couldn't be happier with them.
Excellent work and very helpful, professional technician.
Another great experience with Cool Air Mechanical. AC unit isn't in the best of shape but Vinson was truthful, honest and went far and beyond to solve our needs. Will highly recommend to family and friends for heating and AC needs.
