Worst decision I ever made was Choosing Cool Air Mechanical to install a Lennox HVAC through Costco. From the very first installation 4 years ago to today, they've visited my home 34 times, and it's still not right. Inspection of HVAC heating system and winter maintenance 11/8/23. Zone board malfunction. Agreed to replace it. I like the fact that the technician advice to replace the a zone board brand that is compatible with the thermostat. I would not have thought of this if he had not recommended it. Greatly appreciated. Nicco Rosetti was the repair technician.
