⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Eugene and Cool Air Mechanical absolutely saved the day for my family. Our AC went out in the middle of this weekend’s historic heatwave. I called cool air for ac maintenance and was sent a salesman/tech that showed up over 4 hours past the appointment window. A Lifesaver of a Service Experience! I bought a Lennox AC unit from Cool Air Mechanical through Costco a little over three years ago. Worst decision I ever made was Choosing Cool Air Mechanical to install a Lennox HVAC through Costco. From the very first installation 4 years ago to today, they've visited my home 34 times, and it's still not right. I've asked for a replacement many times and have had to escalate through Costco several times. DO NOT CHOOSE this company!

Unfortunately Cool Air Mechanical (CAM) has failed me on many occasions leading to the current rating.
