Cool Air Mechanical has been maintaining my HVAC system for several years. Recently had a gas valve failure the question was repair or replace given the age of the system. They described the options with no BS and no pressure.

Great Experience. True professional of the HVAC industry. Our rep Don is the best. Did a thorough load analisis. Didn’t try to upsell us but also didn’t push cheap disposable unit. Installation went fast and smooth. Had my house cooped in less than 24 hours after closing our deal. Will recommend 100%.
The representative was on time, introduced himself, and immediately indicated what he anticipated doing to service my HVAC system. He informed me at each stage what was done and if I wanted any additional protections for my system. I was gratified to have him do all necessary work, in a timely manner, allay any concerns that I had. Excellent work ethics.

Appointments too hard to schedule. Our last interaction was a failure. We called for an appointment for furnace maintenance and were told ‘we’re doing air conditioners now’ . This is a consistent pattern. We have purchased 2 air conditioners from them through our Costco program. Maybe we should have shopped around.
