I received very disappointing service from Cool Air to install a single vent into my newborn's nursery. First, they installed the duct through the middle of a finished basement which I will have to reroute to enclose in drywall. Second, they partially cut through a support beam while installing the register. Third,…
I had a great experience with Cool Air Mechanical. We are having our whole AC System Replaced. Kennie Picon was a great help in explaining the work to be done and the full lifecycle of the project. He was also very useful in understanding our options to the finest detail.
Got an estimate for replacing AC unit Jesse was very helpful in explaining all the options?
Technician DJ was very cordial, knowledgeable and displayed work ethics that are hard to find these days. Kudos for this business to hire this individual and provide the training for the expertise that we have experienced since using their services.
The entire team from José, Joe, Winston, and ?(forgot his name but blonde, taller, and southern). They were incredible and very informative. We had a quote, they worked with us on pricing, then installed in our weird janky closet/basement and made everything work perfectly. They were clean and fast and so easy to work with. 10/10
Signed up for their buy 3 year, get 3 year maintenance to the AC and heating units. Greg- Technician who came out and serviced both units his was able to provide detailed explanation on procedures, was very thorough in the cleaning process, and arrived on time. One word of warning- The prepaid maintenance plan…
Worst decision I ever made was Choosing Cool Air Mechanical to install a Lennox HVAC through Costco. From the very first installation 4 years ago to today, they've visited my home 34 times, and it's still not right. I've asked for a replacement many times and have had to escalate through Costco several times. DO NOT CHOOSE this company!
This company has done several different jobs for me: New HVAC, whole house surge protector, new hot water heater with upgrades and whole house 'germicide' contraption that removes junk from the air we breathe in the house, including Covid. They do it all, full service! Everything they have done for me, over the…
We are so happy with the installation of our new HVAC system. Our home was newly built in 2013 and we were surprised to find out that the system they put in was working harder then it should’ve (3,700 sq ft). We should have had two systems but at the time it met the requirements for a 5 ton unit. After several…
Free in-home estimate. Mr. Kelley carefully explained everything about my current unit output. He checked both the outside unit and inside unit. I asked a lot of questions about replacing my 15 year unit. I was given a choice without being pressured. He was a very professional and attentive salesman.
We replaces a 2-ton unit and a ductless unit. They sent a 4 person team to do the job. They were respectful of our floors and home putting down drop cloths to ensure no damage was done. They kept me informed during the entire job. The job was completed in a timely and professional manner!
They were very professional and patient with all the questions we had. They cleaned up and had protective booties when working in the house. Very smooth process from quote to the completion of work.
Winston, Brian, Otniel and crew were phenomenal! They installed a unit with two zones for us and were in and out in about 4 hours. The work looks spectacular, and everything is working great! Highly recommend their services!
These guys are incredible. Tim went over everything with me beforehand, and took the time to answer all my questions. The system that they put in was so much more advanced than what I had. The installation team got here at about 9 AM and finished by 5 PM. This was a full start from nothing installation. Nice group…
Extremely professional showed up on time completed the job and removed the old furnace, ac, concrete pad, and any other trash that was made during the job. System has been working better than ever since they upgraded me.
No pressure to purchase, just detailed information on achieving total comfort for our home. Thanks Tim for your professional and expertise.
Steven was well mannered and polite he took time to explain the process . I haven’t finished the purchase but I am definitely interested and looking to move forward.
Excellent service on time and in budget
THIS REVIEW IS FOR 2023: Another HVAC company only gave us a verbal estimate and that was after charging us $99 and their estimate was more than three times the estimate of Cool Air Mechanical and Plumbing. Nima with Cool Air was extremely knowledgeable, wasn't fast talking and didn't try to up sell us like the…
Excellent work and customer service
Cooler offered in intuitive solutions. Prompt service and value
Awesome job, great service Alex
Knowledgeable and meticulous.
Nima and Otniel were the best team I have ever worked with. Nima listened and designed the perfect system in my older complex home. Otniel lead the installation team and made sure it was perfectly installed and tested. the entire experience was very good and I highly recommend them.
Always helpful and fair prices
I purchased new HVCA unit installed by Cool Air in 2017, however the reason I renewed my maintenance contract is because of technician Nima Naderpour. Nima is professional, trustworthy and honest. He knows his work and takes great care of his customers. I recommend Cool Air trusting that other technicians are like Nima!
In 2021, We had a mystery sewer smell in the laundry room, and Jason got right to the bottom of it, and figured out a few possible solutions to some of the house quirks. In 2025, we had, yep, another mystery smell (a dead animal), and Sid helped us diagnose it, being fully transparent and honest about his…
Loved the experience they provided from the first estimate given all the way through the installation. Very professional and personal and timely. Our Cool Air salesman was very thorough in his explanation of the different systems and encouraging of us picking what was right for us. He was also careful to assess the…
I had my entire Heating and AC system replaced with Cool Ray Mechanical. My overall rating of their services was 5-Star from start to completion, I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking Heating and AC repair or total system replacement.
i have had excellent HVAC installation and maintenance from CoolAir for several years.
Jermaine was awesome! He was able to give me clarity on what I needed and provided me with a lot of information, as well as patience. He took the time to explain each and every question had and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. They start my installation tomorrow. Will post an update regarding that…
MR.Bikram Malhan very professional and explained the installation process in a way I understood it. Thank you Mr. Malhan
Marcus and Heizen were knowledgeable, took time to explain what was needed and why, professional and friendly, and answered all my questions.
Very satisfactory experience. Vance is very knowledgeable, thorough and very accommodating. Additionally he is very patient to explain about the thermostat settings of my HVAC system. He is prompt to respond to inquiries. I highly recommend him.
They worked really hard and were very friendly! They went out their way to be helpful!!
Always professional, not pushy, on-time
Outstanding installation on my AC system!!! Honest work at a fair price!!
DJ, the technician, is punctual, efficient and professional
Very professional. Excellent knowledge and very good explanation of solutions regarding replacement of HVAC.
This is a very sophisticated system, and the company has been extremely timely with sending a technician to make the necessary adjustments. The field supervisor, Jason, and his co-worker Chris, will not quit until they, and then I, understand what is going on and how I can get the best the system has to offer. I…
