Worst decision I ever made was Choosing Cool Air Mechanical to install a Lennox HVAC through Costco. From the very first installation 4 years ago to today, they've visited my home 34 times, and it's still not right. I asked a lot of questions about replacing my 15 year unit. I was given a choice without being pressured. He was a very professional and attentive salesman.
We replaces a 2-ton unit and a ductless unit. They sent a 4 person team to do the job. They were respectful of our floors and home putting down drop cloths to ensure no damage was done. They kept me informed during the entire job. The job was completed in a timely and professional manner!

Nima and Otniel were the best team I have ever worked with. Nima listened and designed the perfect system in my older complex home. Otniel lead the installation team and made sure it was perfectly installed and tested. the entire experience was very good and I highly recommend them.
