Worst decision I ever made was Choosing Cool Air Mechanical to install a Lennox HVAC through Costco. From the very first installation 4 years ago to today, they've visited my home 34 times, and it's still not right. I've asked for a replacement many times and have had to escalate through Costco several times. DO NOT CHOOSE this company!
The majority of the technicians that have been to our home are professional and polite. scheduling is easy
This company has done several different jobs for me: New HVAC, whole house surge protector, new hot water heater with upgrades and whole house 'germicide' contraption that removes junk from the air we breathe in the house, including Covid. They do it all, full service! Everything they have done for me, over the…

The technician that serviced me was named Vernon. He was so thorough and explained every part of the service he completed. I could tell he was very knowledgable and skilled. I’ve been with Cool Air for 6 years, and Vernon was one of the best service technicians I’ve worked with in my time with this company. Overall, great experience with Cool Air.

Updated Review Tuesday, June 10, 2025 We've been with Cool Air Mechanical 14 years. Today we met Technician Oscar Aguilar and appreciate that he continues the company's good name and reputation by providing quality service and service/product education. Due to a prior appointment delay, thoroughness of sevice, and…
Technician was prompt courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend, and would ask that he return in the fall for my next scheduled maintenance.
Appointments too hard to schedule. Our last interaction was a failure. We called for an appointment for furnace maintenance and were told ‘we’re doing air conditioners now’ . This is a consistent pattern. We have purchased 2 air conditioners from them through our Costco program. Maybe we should have shopped around.
Marvin was thorough, professional and very pleasant.
They keep you posted of arrival time. Let you know who your service person is going to be. Brett Farrell was excellent, he explained everything properly.
