Getting quick support from Andre Haygood and Kennie Picon when needed was quick and effective. Thank you guys so much for the great job you do.
Worst decision I ever made was Choosing Cool Air Mechanical to install a Lennox HVAC through Costco. From the very first installation 4 years ago to today, they've visited my home 34 times, and it's still not right. I've asked for a replacement many times and have had to escalate through Costco several times. DO NOT CHOOSE this company!

We were not able to replicate it. But I am confident it will return. At a loss as to how to trap and correct. Good…

The heat in our house went out yesterday, during freezing cold weather. Cool Air responded quickly and sent an excellent technician this afternoon to fix it.
