Worst decision I ever made was Choosing Cool Air Mechanical to install a Lennox HVAC through Costco. From the very first installation 4 years ago to today, they've visited my home 34 times, and it's still not right. I've asked for a replacement many times and have had to escalate through Costco several times. DO NOT CHOOSE this company!

Routine service was very good. I have a continuing issue with noise when the heat or AC comes on. Not consistent but fairly often. Has been happening with the main level unit for about nine months. Mike was great. Went above and beyond on solving my issue and was extremely professional. Based on his work I opted to go with a 6-year maintenance contract. I’ve used a few companies in the past, and while I’ve never had any real issues with the competitors, they never wowed me like this visit did.
Cool Air Mechancial completed a through maintenance of our AC system and did an excellent job. They followed up on all appointments and were prompt. I highly recommend this company

He answered all of my question and was extremely professional.
Our HVAC was not coming on and we were getting an error message on the thermostat. Kyle found that a wire had been disconnected and he repaired it so the thermostat would communicate with the HVAC unit.
