Cool Air and their rep tech Will did an excellent job today. First class figured out what was going on with our air and solved it. Again first class organization.
Donovan Jenkins did an exceptional job guiding me through my purchase of a new HVAC. From the start, Donavan planned to earn my business and not assume that I was ready to make an uninformed high pressure decision. In his presentation/pitch he showed me why I could trust his expertise, listened to my experience and…
Mr. Winfrey from Cool Air was very professional! He explained everything, there were a leak in my unit and all the refrigerant leaked out. My Winfrey replaced the fluid and service my entire unit. Hopefully, I want have to pay for the fluid because my unit is under warranty and I 'm current on all my yearly…
Jesse Irwin came out to give me a free quote and did a phenomenal job. I valued his honesty and commitment to helping me by going above and beyond finding the issues with my system. If we decide to move forward with an installation he will definitely be the one I call to do the work.
Han did a great job! Very quick and thorough. JC
Worst decision I ever made was Choosing Cool Air Mechanical to install a Lennox HVAC through Costco. From the very first installation 4 years ago to today, they've visited my home 34 times, and it's still not right. I've asked for a replacement many times and have had to escalate through Costco several times. DO NOT CHOOSE this company!
Great company with reliable services.
This company has done several different jobs for me: New HVAC, whole house surge protector, new hot water heater with upgrades and whole house 'germicide' contraption that removes junk from the air we breathe in the house, including Covid. They do it all, full service! Everything they have done for me, over the…
Installers did a good job. Friendly and professional.
Winston cleaned my ducts today and installed some new vents. He did an awesome job. He did a great job explaining to me what needed to be done and how he would perform the work. I appreciated his professionalism. He represents the company well.
Stan and the 2 installers did an amazing job. On time and very professional. I definitely would recommend Cool Air Mechanical to all.
Thank you so much, Mr. Bill Parker! Quick and an awesome job!
Free in-home estimate. Mr. Kelley carefully explained everything about my current unit output. He checked both the outside unit and inside unit. I asked a lot of questions about replacing my 15 year unit. I was given a choice without being pressured. He was a very professional and attentive salesman.
Based on the five-star service I received, I could write a lengthy review… but in the interest of time (mine and any reader) I’ll try to bottom line it! Nearly everything about this experience exceeded my expectations. 1. While shopping in Costco, I requested info about a new HVAC system from David Bamidele, the…

Clogged AC drain
Our technician was polite and careful and did a great job with our new Furnace, AC and thermostat installation! Bikram Malhan was especially helpful. He should be commended for his excellent customer service!
Nima and Otniel were the best team I have ever worked with. Nima listened and designed the perfect system in my older complex home. Otniel lead the installation team and made sure it was perfectly installed and tested. the entire experience was very good and I highly recommend them.

A company with integrity that tries hard to make things right. Supervisor Jason Lobner was out today and totally restored any misgivings I might have had. Highly recommended!
Excellent technician. Very knowledgeable and thorough.
In 2021, We had a mystery sewer smell in the laundry room, and Jason got right to the bottom of it, and figured out a few possible solutions to some of the house quirks. In 2025, we had, yep, another mystery smell (a dead animal), and Sid helped us diagnose it, being fully transparent and honest about his…

Thank you, Bryan! Not only were you available for urgent house call on a Sunday when my HVAC system froze up (due to flooring contractor installers leaving windows and door open for prolonged period and humidity pressuring HVAC System) but spotted an issue needing attention. Everything was handled fairly,…
Everything went good so far and we will continue next week to fix everything
We needed to replace a good portion of our AC system and the team at Cool Air Mechanical were amazing! From Austin Pratt in sales and systems design, to John Ramos and his partner (Sorry! I forgot his name! 😅) who installed the new system. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly! We also needed a…

Our service man, Sidney was extremely professional, efficient and clean while servicing our HVAC vents and ducts today. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and what we can do in the future to maintain a clean system. I will definitely be requesting him for our future services.
Have had trouble with the office staff in the past, but better in the last year or so. but the people who come out to the house are great.
