Getting quick support from Andre Haygood and Kennie Picon when needed was quick and effective. Thank you guys so much for the great job you do.
Worst decision I ever made was Choosing Cool Air Mechanical to install a Lennox HVAC through Costco. From the very first installation 4 years ago to today, they've visited my home 34 times, and it's still not right. I've asked for a replacement many times and have had to escalate through Costco several times. DO NOT CHOOSE this company!
The technician (Damian) was very professional, polite, and thorough in completing the thermostat repair appointment. He arrived on time and asked me about the problems and issues we were experiencing before he started his inspection. After the inspection process was completed, he determined that the thermostat…
Excellent service on time and in budget
Mike fixed everything. He was professional, very knowledgeable and hard working. I am pleased with the results.
I had my entire Heating and AC system replaced with Cool Ray Mechanical. My overall rating of their services was 5-Star from start to completion, I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking Heating and AC repair or total system replacement.
Robert did a great job on scheduled maintenance. On time, courteous, orderly, professional and skilled at his job!
Jason completed the job as planned. Very good at what he does. Answered all questions.
Employees like William operate with honesty/integrity & highly knowledgeable about all things heating and air. William came out today because our Furnace on the main level wasn't working. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts on his work van and made the repairs. He then ensured that our unit was safe for…
Routine service was very good. I have a continuing issue with noise when the heat or AC comes on. Not consistent but fairly often. Has been happening with the main level unit for about nine months. We were not able to replicate it. But I am confident it will return. At a loss as to how to trap and correct. Good…
Dean Williams, Service Technician, was methodical and efficient. He diagnosed the issues promptly.
5 star service, every single time!
Very Professional , a subject matter expert, and on time
Steven was the Technician, and the service was great.I would definitly use this company again Clifford Price
The heat in our house went out yesterday, during freezing cold weather. Cool Air responded quickly and sent an excellent technician this afternoon to fix it. Ricco Rosetti , our tech, was not only smart and pleasant, but went out of his way to go and get the part we needed, and then come all the way back to fix it…
The technician was very professional and did a great job

Jerry Cobb did amazing , talked me through everything & provided amazing assistance & got the job done in a quick timely manner . 10/10 recommend
Very professional. Explained everything very well.
Troy diagnosed a tricky short circuit that had blown out 3 boards at different times. He replaced the boards and redid the wiring in one day.
2 Reviews HVAC & Plumber: 1. Purchased two 3-ton units 5 years ago, thru CostCo (Cool-Air business partner), use them for routine maintenance.. professional and thorough. Only thing I do not like is they always have something to try and sell you, even non-hvac related. One time, trying to sell drain cleaners.…
Joe is a truly kind, helpful, and genuine human being who also happens to be an exemplary & professional problem solver. He taught me about my HVAC and explained each of the steps he was taking to diagnose my cooling issue. He was committed and did not leave until every system was tested and the cooling restored.…
Quick hvac repair!
Very professional and fast
timely response; installation within time frame; reasonable price
Throughout the whole process from estimate to scheduling to completion, our points of contact as well as the service technician were wonderful and it was a seamless process. Thank you!
Mike was great. Went above and beyond on solving my issue and was extremely professional. Based on his work I opted to go with a 6-year maintenance contract. I’ve used a few companies in the past, and while I’ve never had any real issues with the competitors, they never wowed me like this visit did.
Cool Air Mechancial completed a through maintenance of our AC system and did an excellent job. They followed up on all appointments and were prompt. I highly recommend this company
Kyle is very knowledgeable and diligent. He thoroughly resolved challenging technical issues with our system.
Edgar D. did a good job replacing the TXV valve. He reassured me everything should be fine now. So fingers are crossed! I’ve have trouble with this unit from day one. It’s not even 2 yrs. old. Hopefully this does the trick! Thanks Edgar, Tyler & Gaston
Best service ever!!!! Mike D want AMAZING!!! If I could give 1 million stars to cool air I would. James gets 1 billion stars!!!
Very courteous. On time and very knowledgeable about equipment being serviced
Brian Dye taught me more about my thermostat than I have previously been shown or obtained from the manual. At this point everything is working fine.
He answered all of my question and was extremely professional.
Our HVAC was not coming on and we were getting an error message on the thermostat. Kyle found that a wire had been disconnected and he repaired it so the thermostat would communicate with the HVAC unit.
Terry did an excellent job.
Fantastic service from Sean and team. Will use again!
Cedric was very professional and quick . He knows his skill and we were very pleased with his resolution of our issue and goal of installing a new smart thermostat.
Dean has come to service my home HVAC systems twice now and I’ve got to say that his professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, and care for the customer is what makes all the difference when it comes to how people rate companies. We’ve all experienced what poor service looks like post-Covid. If he was my employee, and…
Thank you Troy. You were early, professional and most importantly SOLVED MY PROBLEM. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Sekhu was fantastic!! He came and quickly fixed my hvac, provided a clear understanding of the issue, and ensured that I had ac during the dog days of summer!!
Excellent service. Jack is a very thorough and knowledgeable individual. Also very polite and willing to go the extra mile.
I waited awhile to do this review, as sometimes things change. However after almost 2 years after installation of the 3 Ton Elite Series18 AC and 90,000 BTU Variable Stage Furnace, and having extra issues (which I requested) addressed during and after the install, as well as signing up for their Residential…
Sean O'Shields was the technician that came to my parent's house to fix there Lennox ac/heating unit. He was extremely helpful and professional. My parents are older and can't remember much and he did a great job explaining things to them as well as myself. I will definitely recommend your company and especially…

Kyle was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Absolutely the best.
Very knowledgeable about what needed to be done . Very professional Neat, clean Did a great job
Our service tech, Nima, came out late one night for issue. He was kind and very through. We were so thankful! Thank you for the great service.
The technician was professional, in time and very helpful. Only problem I had , is I needed instant service and I had to wait two days in the cold to get a simple job done. All I needed was my thermostat rewired. I used them because of the 24hr service availability. But I’m not happy to have waited so long. And I…
James, Cordre, and team have been excellent and professional from start to finish! They did a fantastic job and were so courteous and knowledgeable. They were very honest about our issues and gave us the best products at the best possible price! Very impressed!
Terry Winfrey was very informative and fixed the issue quickly. Excellent service!
It's okay,they did a good job.
Chris was very nice and professional. He explained everything that was going on with the system and what he was doing to fix the situation.
CoolAir has installed multiple HVAC systems for me and have always been service oriented. When a recent problem popped up, they were quick to dispatch service techs to promptly fix the issue. Jaren and Chris, in particular, went above and beyond to diagnose and repair the issue, staying well beyond “quitting time” to make sure everything worked properly.
Chris did a wonderful job. Very professional.
