Cool Air Mechanical did a great job of replacing my furnace and HVAC systems. I am a Costco junkie and this company has a relationship with them. The two-man team of Abner and Ivan was on time, very professional, efficient, and courteous with my property.
As a long time Costco member I am please with the customer service I received from Alex Ramos. I am in market for new HVAC and his calm non pushy approach is very much appreciated as I chose a vendor for this fairly expensive home improvement! Thanks Alex for your professionalism!
Smooth and easy installation. Kennie was a pleasure to deal with as he explained everything in language we understood.
Great working with Kennie! He called ahead, was efficient and patient to walk me through options and questions.
Alex Ramos is the best! Very knowledgeable, very thorough and pleasant. Understanding and easy to work with. Shows care in what he does. Doesn't rush the job and explains the issue.
Thank you Kennie Picone and Elio for the service and the care they put into installing my furnace and air conditioning units. I am so pleased and feel completely safe with the units. I want to thank you Kennie for returning to give me a break down on what I purchased and what was actually done durung the walk…
My experience with Cool Air Mechanical has been extremely disappointing, from sales and pricing to service and follow-through. When my AC broke in 2025, I received several quotes. I found Cool Air Mechanical through Costco, and that connection, along with their many five-star reviews, gave me confidence in choosing…
Very respectful and pleasant to work with.
very thorough. great job!
Very professional and very knowledgeable
We had a great experience with Kennie Picon. He was very knowledgeable, personal and professional. He took his time to explain everything in detail. Everything he told us was completed to our full satisfaction. Thank you Kennie!
We didn't have to wait around for an arrival window, Kenny called early with his ETA. He was organized and knowledgeable, and came to a price that beat the competition. Installation was arranged for the following day, no waiting on that either.
Kennie Picon explained in detail how the carrier air and furnace system would be beneficial for our home. We were in need of a new system and decided to take his recommendation. We are pleased that we did.No we are living in a comfortable environment. I would recommend Mr. Pi on to anyone who might need his services .
Kennie was very professional, and answered all my question. Recommended a great unit for my mom and delivered as promised. Easy to work with and made the process very comfortable.
Cool Air Mechanical is great! Kennie did a great job providing a comprehensive quote for our complete system replacement. While this quote was not the cheapest, Kennie was thorough in his explanation of the quote so there were no surprises and we understood the cost diferences in the quotes we got from other…
We had a great experience with this company Cool Air Mechanical . The representative technician Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and gave a clear explanation of the problem . We appreciate his professionalism and it was a very smooth and stress-free experience. The workers provided timely and Great service for the installation of HVAC.
As far as I can tell, the 2 install guys (can't remember their names), did a great job. Everything from the start (inside the store), to finish has been so simple, and easy to understand.
We knew our current system needed to be replaced, so Donovan came out to give us his assessment and quote. He was totally lovely, and knowledgeable, and eager to be competitive with rates. My kids absolutely loved having him in the house, and we'd be very happy to do business with Cool Air Mechanical.
Best decision was to go with the HVAC proposal by Kennie Picon with Cool Air Mechanical! It's super quiet and efficient. The installation crew (Elio, Johann, and Morteza) was marvelous, on time, and respectful of my property. They were speedy - installation was fast - but they were very patient with me as I learned…
Terry Hightower services my hvac system thru cool air. He is knowledgeable and thorough throughout the service call. And Justin Haughn, the service mgr, has been very helpful in scheduling my appointments with Terry in a timely manner.
Donovan Jenkins did an exceptional job guiding me through my purchase of a new HVAC. From the start, Donavan planned to earn my business and not assume that I was ready to make an uninformed high pressure decision. In his presentation/pitch he showed me why I could trust his expertise, listened to my experience and…
Awesome, well run company. Technician today again (I’ve dealt with a dozen people) was very professional, caring, knowledgeable, and respectful.
Excellent Service!
Definitely 5 stars! My salesman, Steven Coleman was not high pressure at all. Explained in great detail and was very knowledgeable about the whole system. The installers, Lewis and Douglas, were super nice and polite. Always put on booties when entering the house, which I appreciate. They worked diligently and were…
We had a new a/c, heating and thermostat installed today. Professional crew. Did a wonderful job!
Eric does excellent, thorough work.
Victor and team members were very professional, efficient and lived up to my expectations. Cool Air has always provided superior service over the years. I would strongly recommend Victor, Tony, Dean, Valencia and others who have serviced my units. Overall, I would give a rating of 10+ to those representatives I…
Very professional and efficient. Checked for leaks when he finished. Very happy with job.
Great experience from consultation/estimate to installation! Very thorough and professional team.
Purchased new HVAC system. Salesman was personable, knowledgeable and a breath of fresh air. The installers were efficient, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. You are fortunate to have such great employees.
Update…. The sales process went smoothly as one would expect. Installation was also prompt, in hindsight this could be attributed to the salesperson eagerness to install before we changed our minds on three units being installed at once. Everything after this has been horrible!! Two failed inspections, three visits…
Arrived on time and did everything they said they would. Dealt with complications (ants under old heat pump). One issue with thermostat but Julio troubleshot it, found the issue and fixed it. House nice and cool now and very happy with everything.
The entire team from José, Joe, Winston, and ?(forgot his name but blonde, taller, and southern). They were incredible and very informative. We had a quote, they worked with us on pricing, then installed in our weird janky closet/basement and made everything work perfectly. They were clean and fast and so easy to work with. 10/10
Great Experience. True professional of the HVAC industry. Our rep Don is the best. Did a thorough load analisis. Didn’t try to upsell us but also didn’t push cheap disposable unit. Installation went fast and smooth. Had my house cooped in less than 24 hours after closing our deal. Will recommend 100%.
My very old, inefficient system needed to be replaced. The furnace was 63 years old, and the air conditioner was 25 years old. Both functioned well, but the inaccessible evaporator coils were causing leaks in the basement, and I needed something that would operate more economically. David Scott didn't try to…
Signed up for their buy 3 year, get 3 year maintenance to the AC and heating units. Greg- Technician who came out and serviced both units his was able to provide detailed explanation on procedures, was very thorough in the cleaning process, and arrived on time. One word of warning- The prepaid maintenance plan…
Excellent experience! Very competent crew! Very efficient and polite! Hardly knew they were here. Extremely fast and high quality installation!
I have used Cool Air multiple times over the years and most recently a few times for a problem at my home residence and my rental property. All of their techs are fantastic. I can't say enough fabulous things about them. I've been super happy with their service. I highly recommend them!!! Update: I still stand by my…
Jesse was great he made it very easy and understandable.
Both Stan Bailey and John Ramos were amazing to work with! Stan took his time and explained the benefits of the new heating and air systems, and John worked diligently on the installation. The new system is great and a terrific upgrade from our much older units. I highly recommend!
Worst decision I ever made was Choosing Cool Air Mechanical to install a Lennox HVAC through Costco. From the very first installation 4 years ago to today, they've visited my home 34 times, and it's still not right. I've asked for a replacement many times and have had to escalate through Costco several times. DO NOT CHOOSE this company!
David Gonzalez and his brother perform a wonderful job and very professional. They answer all my questions about the job and the equipment. Amazing people
This company has done several different jobs for me: New HVAC, whole house surge protector, new hot water heater with upgrades and whole house 'germicide' contraption that removes junk from the air we breathe in the house, including Covid. They do it all, full service! Everything they have done for me, over the…
We are so happy with the installation of our new HVAC system. Our home was newly built in 2013 and we were surprised to find out that the system they put in was working harder then it should’ve (3,700 sq ft). We should have had two systems but at the time it met the requirements for a 5 ton unit. After several…
Installers did a good job. Friendly and professional.
Stan and the 2 installers did an amazing job. On time and very professional. I definitely would recommend Cool Air Mechanical to all.
Went through Costco and they sent a helpful sales representative, Kennie Picon, who helped me replace 2 older units. I encountered some difficulties with one unit and they totally supported me and stood behind their work, which is everything that matters. The systems work great and the installation is top tier.
Riley and Isaiah come out early very nice and professional did a Great job thanks guys
Purchased a top of line Lenox heat pump from Cool Air Mechanical using Costco discounts. Great deal. I worked with Jacob Blanchard who managed the sale from day one till completion. We really like our maintenance guy Damian. He is very honest and thorough. We know with his service our expensive appliances will last.
Provided an explanation of issues with my hvac and fought for discounts for me. Thanks!
Another great experience with CoolAir and our rep, Kennie Picon. Kennie worked with us twice over the last 3 years and he is incredibly well prepared, knowledgeable, and helped us solve our furnace issue fast.
They were very professional and patient with all the questions we had. They cleaned up and had protective booties when working in the house. Very smooth process from quote to the completion of work.
Winston, Brian, Otniel and crew were phenomenal! They installed a unit with two zones for us and were in and out in about 4 hours. The work looks spectacular, and everything is working great! Highly recommend their services!
Based on the five-star service I received, I could write a lengthy review… but in the interest of time (mine and any reader) I’ll try to bottom line it! Nearly everything about this experience exceeded my expectations. 1. While shopping in Costco, I requested info about a new HVAC system from David Bamidele, the…
I had two A/C units installed. 3 Technicians arrived on time. Job was done before time. I dealt with Julio medrano, John and Hunter. All three technicians are very knowledgeable about HVAC. I definitely recommend Cool Air. My place was left clean as before. Professional service.
Kenni Picon from Cool Air mechanical had me setup in master of days to replace my old HVAC systems. He had the best installation team out and the entire work got completed in matter of days.
These guys are incredible. Tim went over everything with me beforehand, and took the time to answer all my questions. The system that they put in was so much more advanced than what I had. The installation team got here at about 9 AM and finished by 5 PM. This was a full start from nothing installation. Nice group…
Thank you for your help in getting my system working again.
Steven was well mannered and polite he took time to explain the process . I haven’t finished the purchase but I am definitely interested and looking to move forward.

David Flagor was very kind and patient while listening to our water heater issues. He took the time to find solutions that were both affordable and effective. The work was completed quickly and done well. We finally have reliable hot water again—thank you so much!
He was ontime and professional. He understood my need and concerns. He represented his service and company well.
Service technician Kyle was very knowledgeable about A/C & Heating equipment. Reviewed the issue of not cooling properly all day. He was able to get the unit running properly and recommended his manager to also check unit. I would recommend Cool Air Mech for your A/C & Heating needs.
Professionals all from start to finish, and all the moments in-between. Always polite and considerate of questions about the process.
Our technician was polite and careful and did a great job with our new Furnace, AC and thermostat installation! Bikram Malhan was especially helpful. He should be commended for his excellent customer service!
I just purchased a Lennox HVAC sysem from Kennie Picon of Cool Air Mechanical. Kenny was great and very personable. He presented his proposal in clear and understandable terms and didn't try to sell me more system than I needed for my condo. He searched for all rebates and tax incentives to find me the best deal…

Another professional service technician for our semi annual maintenance.
Tim did a very good job and took his time explaining us all options for 2 brand new systems. Very knowledgeable and professional service. Not only did he provide us with 2 great working units, he also advised us to add one return vent and one supply vent in a strategic location, free of charge. Which made a…
The crews did a fantastic job and cleaned up after completing installing new systems
The installation of my new Lennox system went smoothly and the system is functioning as expected. David Scott was here the morning the system was installed to discuss the details with the install crew headed by Elio Solis. It was 100 degrees outside, and the attic must have been at least 130 degrees, but they got it…
This is the company Costco uses. First time using these guys and they were fantastic! Came early also!! This is an update for 4/12/25. Since Cool Air installed my unit on August 3, 2022, refrigerate has been needed. They would just come out and refill and I don't remember the tech mentioning the leak. My indoor…

In 2021, We had a mystery sewer smell in the laundry room, and Jason got right to the bottom of it, and figured out a few possible solutions to some of the house quirks.
