Bryan fixed our AC unit on a Saturday after one company came out and told us it would be a 2-4 business days before they could fix it! He was extremely knowledgeable and quick to repair what needed to be repaired.

Mike was great. Went above and beyond on solving my issue and was extremely professional. Based on his work I opted to go with a 6-year maintenance contract. I’ve used a few companies in the past, and while I’ve never had any real issues with the competitors, they never wowed me like this visit did.
Cedric came out to check on my ac/heat system with an error code, found out my system needed a new fan motor. Told me they would call when it was in. He called back same day at 5:50 pm on Friday, they had the part in warehouse and could come back and do repair now. Excellent customer service.

Technician arrived on time and was able to get my system up and running until the new damper parts arrive.
We called CAM again after the great experience we had with them a few years ago. This time a coil needed to be replaced, and CAM came through for us again. The technician, Louis Gussmann, assessed the problem and fixed it in record time. He was professional, friendly, and respectful of our home.
Problem was not fixed. Technician was cordial but the phone representatives were rude and unhelpful. So disappointed.
