Was excellent!
Excellent experience with Nick. He was punctual, thorough and very clear with his explanation of the problem and possible solution. He was very polite and took every precaution to make sure he didn’t track insulation through the rest of the house. Nick will be my go-to tech from here on out. I would highly recommend him and Cool Air Mechanical.
Very reliable and punctual person and great work done
The technician was very knowledgeable and located the issue quickly. We appreciated his expertise in explaining the issue and advising future preventative maintenance.
With an infant, with No air for 3 days, Home Warranty couldn’t get anyone out.. I called Cool Air Mechanical they responded after hours, got a tech to me the next morning. Very professional; arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. The clean up was beyond reproach. I would recommend this vendor to anyone needing repair or replacement of their HVAC system.
Jason knew where to look and how to quickly fix my a/c unit
Mike was great. Went above and beyond on solving my issue and was extremely professional. Based on his work I opted to go with a 6-year maintenance contract. I’ve used a few companies in the past, and while I’ve never had any real issues with the competitors, they never wowed me like this visit did.
Cedric came out to check on my ac/heat system with an error code, found out my system needed a new fan motor. Told me they would call when it was in. He called back same day at 5:50 pm on Friday, they had the part in warehouse and could come back and do repair now. Excellent customer service.
Grayling provided excellent attention to detail. He did my semi-annual checkup on my HVAC units and alerted me to the fact that the line to one of my units is almost completely clogged. Saved me from an overflow issue that would have leaked down into my kitchen. Grateful for his observation.
Jason did a great job tracking down the issue and fixing it promptly. The A/C is working great again.
Cool Air Mechancial completed a through maintenance of our AC system and did an excellent job. They followed up on all appointments and were prompt. I highly recommend this company

We went over options for my massive home along with that came with understanding some of the issues that are in current need of attention. I will be doing business with cool Air in the near…
Very professional, detailed and trustworthy. Hope he continues to service our office
Had new equipment installed in 2017 and bought a 7 year maintenance program. Just extended that maintenance program for 6 more years. Professional Company, I am very quality and cost driven, if not to my standard, which is HIGH I would look elsewhere, not sign up for 8 more years total. (Thanks Jerry)
Cool air is outstanding! Every interaction, communication, and service is on time as expected and delivered by someone with knowledge, respect and care of their work and the service of your home. 24/7 service is key as well. Mike Dawson very courteous and professional, explaining all of his findings and what was needed.
Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Totally positive experience.
Had my entire HVAC system replaced. On time and did a great job. Installed two A/C units, two furnaces and two coil/blower units. Removed all the old equipment. Cleaned up all the trash and tested everything before they left. Everything works and looks great.

Cool Air is a quality company that does quality work.
Needed additional repair to pass the county inspection failure.
I thought the service was excellent but way overpriced. Considering I pay for a service agreement which includes routine maintenance, parts and labor, a $400 dollar charge to clean out a condensation pipe is way beyond expected.
Jerry did a great job and was very helpful.
Sean O'Shields was the technician that came to my parent's house to fix there Lennox ac/heating unit. He was extremely helpful and professional. My parents are older and can't remember much and he did a great job explaining things to them as well as myself. I will definitely recommend your company and especially…

I called for a service check on my AC. They came out and charged me for their gas to get to me then they charged $79 for a service fee then charged me $732 for coolant and $168.00 for a coil that “He said” was leaking. $992. I will NEVERuse them again. TR Martin is the best AC service people! I would Only use…

He was very professional and great at explaining things as he walked through troubleshooting and fixing the issue. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and nice! I would highly recommend Brian Dye!!
These guys are the best when googling "HVAC Roswell". They don't try to upsell you immediately, or use sales scare tactics to get you to spend an obscene amount of money that you don't need too (CASTEEL). They give you your options, plain and simple, and let you decide how to move forward. Troy, our tech that came…
Technician arrived on time and was able to get my system up and running until the new damper parts arrive.
We called CAM again after the great experience we had with them a few years ago. This time a coil needed to be replaced, and CAM came through for us again. The technician, Louis Gussmann, assessed the problem and fixed it in record time. He was professional, friendly, and respectful of our home.
Problem was not fixed. Technician was cordial but the phone representatives were rude and unhelpful. So disappointed.
Jason is very professional and he listens to your concerns. He takes his time and makes sure you understand what he is doing.
We contacted Cool Air Mechanical for service call to our heatpump. Technician claimed compressor was bad, but after a second opinion, found out repair was a $65 part. Extremely disappointed.
Dean was so knowledgeable! We had a humidity issue and he knew exactly what to do to remedy our problem! Cool Air never disappoints!
Dominique was great - thank you so much for your detailed attention and explanations. The system is running great!
I was overcharged and the technician completed the repair prior to telling me the diagnostic & price. He also did not use the coupon that I had. I called the service manager twice and I still have not been contacted. The replacement of a wire was completed in less than 45 min. However, I was charged $204 which…

The workman that did my split AC install that a fantastic job!

A transformer in one of our furnaces was damaged due to a partial power outage that, frankly, caused havoc throughout our house. Cedric detected the problem and replaced the transformer in less than an hour. Efficient and professional!
Troy was our technician. He was kind and very professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and get it fixed. Defiantly will be using Cool Air for all our future A/C Maintenance and repair work.
My AC had a clogged pipe, compared to other companies they were a lot cheaper. It was honestly something I could have done myself but didn't know what to do so he told us how to fix it in the future! $100 is a lot for how simple the fix was but it's a hell of a lot cheaper than other places as most places charge…
The person explained well and did an excellent job.
Very positive.
