Mike Pharr of Cool Air Plumbing came to fix leaky faucet/valve outdoors. He suggested that we replace not only the valve outside but also the control valve inside the house. He was highly professional in the job. While fixing the valve he noticed that the pipe was slightly damaged and we could have lived with this.…
Bill was friendly and knowledgeable He gave me good advice on what to do if we leave for extended periods of time to save energy. Love this guy.
Technicians are highly professional and competent. They explain what they’ve done and provide a clear explanation about any concerns .
Troy did a great job handling our troubleshooting servicing with professionalism and detail.
Jason Davis was great
Chris is by far the best representative from a service provider that I have ever worked with. I had a significant water leak, on the weekend, and basically was at the mercy of whomever I could find. I remembered that my HVAC vendor, Cool Air, had a plumbing division. They were very responsive and assigned what I…
Mike was professional, respectful, honest and I’ll definitely be using them for all our plumbing needs in our home. Highly recommend!
Chris was professional and polite. Proactive found things I needed. Water flow is better. Found my pin hole leaks replaced pipe. Love it. A+++++ job.
Have used Cool Air for seven years with my heating,A/C, and water heater. Today was the first time with Mike Pharr. Efficient friendly and thorough. I’m one happy camper.
While the cost of installation was much higher than I expected Mike’s ability to communicate and to be direct as well as professional took away much of the “ ouch “. He did a quality job. He was very personable as well. You’d do well to get him as your plumber!
Respectful and kind l. Took his time to ensure it was done right will use this company again
Excellent service, right on time, discussed all options with me. Mike Pharr was very courteous and professional, and was extremely knowledgeable. I have already sent his and the company’s contact information should she need exceptional service. DC
I was concerned this was going to be a MAJOR repair. Ian was on time, and listened to my explanation/description of my problem before he started working. Within minutes he found the problem and made the repair. I told him about another plumbing situation. Again, he listened intently then proceeded to explain what I…
Cool Air is our go-to for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs. Jason has been to our house multiple times, does a great job, is realistic about timing and cost, and makes our lives easier.
