The representative was on time, introduced himself, and immediately indicated what he anticipated doing to service my HVAC system. Appointments too hard to schedule. Our last interaction was a failure. We called for an appointment for furnace maintenance and were told ‘we’re doing air conditioners now’ . This is a consistent pattern. We have purchased 2 air conditioners from them through our Costco program. Maybe we should have shopped around.
