Cool Air Mechanical has been maintaining my HVAC system for several years. Recently had a gas valve failure the question was repair or replace given the age of the system. They described the options with no BS and no pressure.
Andre was great. Professional on time. Just great to work with. Provided me insight on the type of filter i had and the reason behind replacing them every 6 months.
Cool Air Mechanical is great! Kennie did a great job providing a comprehensive quote for our complete system replacement. While this quote was not the cheapest, Kennie was thorough in his explanation of the quote so there were no surprises and we understood the cost diferences in the quotes we got from other…
Donovan Jenkins did an exceptional job guiding me through my purchase of a new HVAC. From the start, Donavan planned to earn my business and not assume that I was ready to make an uninformed high pressure decision. In his presentation/pitch he showed me why I could trust his expertise, listened to my experience and…
Mr. Winfrey from Cool Air was very professional! He explained everything, there were a leak in my unit and all the refrigerant leaked out. My Winfrey replaced the fluid and service my entire unit. Hopefully, I want have to pay for the fluid because my unit is under warranty and I 'm current on all my yearly…
Great Experience. True professional of the HVAC industry. Our rep Don is the best. Did a thorough load analisis. Didn’t try to upsell us but also didn’t push cheap disposable unit. Installation went fast and smooth. Had my house cooped in less than 24 hours after closing our deal. Will recommend 100%.
The representative was on time, introduced himself, and immediately indicated what he anticipated doing to service my HVAC system. He informed me at each stage what was done and if I wanted any additional protections for my system. I was gratified to have him do all necessary work, in a timely manner, allay any concerns that I had. Excellent work ethics.
Punctual and professional part

Nima and Otniel were the best team I have ever worked with. Nima listened and designed the perfect system in my older complex home. Otniel lead the installation team and made sure it was perfectly installed and tested. the entire experience was very good and I highly recommend them.
Another professional service technician for our semi annual maintenance.
Appointments too hard to schedule. Our last interaction was a failure. We called for an appointment for furnace maintenance and were told ‘we’re doing air conditioners now’ . This is a consistent pattern. We have purchased 2 air conditioners from them through our Costco program. Maybe we should have shopped around.
In 2021, We had a mystery sewer smell in the laundry room, and Jason got right to the bottom of it, and figured out a few possible solutions to some of the house quirks. In 2025, we had, yep, another mystery smell (a dead animal), and Sid helped us diagnose it, being fully transparent and honest about his…
Mr. De la Cruz arrived on time. He repaired our unit and explained exactly what he did. The unit is now working properly.

Our tech was quick, efficient, and honest. He was also friendly, and we have always had great experiences with Cool Air Mechanical and Plumbing.
I had another service call today 1126. The guy that came was awesome. Edited….I updated my review due to having so many issues. I would not recommend them. I have had problems since day 1 and they don't reimburse you if they change something out that you paid for. They claim they would call back but never do.…

This morning we woke up to a very strong odor of gas. We called Atlanta Gas, they checked it out and told us to call our HVAC service. We needed the valve replaced and gas was seeping out. Have had trouble with the office staff in the past, but better in the last year or so. but the people who come out to the house are great.
We were very pleased with his professional service, knowledge and honesty. Another company had just come and tried to sell us very expensive "repairs" which were unnecessary. The company is also well organized. Thanks.
Great Service!
Performed maintenance on both my inside AC units, changed filters & check all required items. However the outside A/C units were not inspected because it was raining.
Efficient service and very polite. Sidney White was very knowledgeable, professional and explained everything to customer very well. Based on Sidney”s care and attention to detail, I would recommend Cool Air to my friends.
Job well done. It's a company I can trust, unlike Casteel who will rip you off.

He was very professional and listened to us. He offered various options to fix our problem. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
Very reliable and punctual person and great work done
I wasn’t so impressed with this company. My AC has been out and we paid $80 for a tech to come out, say everything was “connected wrong” and they’d have to send someone else out. He took our old vent out, placed it on the floor, and left. He was here 20 minutes and it is STILL HOT. At the very least, he could have…
Junior was a total gentleman and presented A knowledgeable sales presentation on replacing outdated HVAC systems. After previously meeting with 3 others HVAC companies, Junior sold me on Cool Air Mechanical.
Great job! I have used them for annual service of our unit for several years.
John Ramos and his installation crew from Cool Air Mechanical were fabulous! They were professional, but personable; did excellent work, answered our questions, and cleaned up after themselves extremely well. Elio and his crew were extremely professional, cordial and knowledgeable on the HVAC sytem they installed. I can't believe that they were able to complete the job and clean up all in 1 day!! I would give them 10 stars but this survey only had 5! Thank you Elio and crew!

Had new equipment installed in 2017 and bought a 7 year maintenance program. Just extended that maintenance program for 6 more years. Professional Company, I am very quality and cost driven, if not to my standard, which is HIGH I would look elsewhere, not sign up for 8 more years total. (Thanks Jerry)
On time and thorough
The service personnel was professional and informative.
Brian was the tech for our PM contract. He found a capacitor that had failed and suggested some other items to help our aging system. His knowledge of HVAC was excellent.

I waited awhile to do this review, as sometimes things change. However after almost 2 years after installation of the 3 Ton Elite Series18 AC and 90,000 BTU Variable Stage Furnace, and having extra issues (which I requested) addressed during and after the install, as well as signing up for their Residential…

Techs Hon and Alex very professional and did an awesome job.
Prosfessional and great care in the work. Glad they are my service company.
These guys are the best when googling "HVAC Roswell". They don't try to upsell you immediately, or use sales scare tactics to get you to spend an obscene amount of money that you don't need too (CASTEEL). They give you your options, plain and simple, and let you decide how to move forward. Troy, our tech that came…
Tim was very patient with me! I had tons of questions and then more questions. I’m very excited to get a new AC/heat system and all the trimmings as well! And best of all, the 5 inch filter amd the UV light will all but clean my house ! I hate going into the attic so I look forward to them coming out to climb…

Great Service contract, they contact us when it's time to service our unit. We have nothing but good things to say about Cool Air Mechanical.
Sid (Sidney White) just came out to clean my ducts and vents. I have worked with Cool Air in the past for a heating and AC install as well as other maintenance and have had my issues, but, Sid has single handedly restored faith in this company. He was kind and courteous, as well as professional. There are times you…

Alton was the best. Very knowledgeable and efficient of the hvac. I live in an older building high rise downtown with a old cold water chiller compressor and he was still familiar and able to provide me with the correct service and feedback. Thank you Alton and Cool air! I will recommend to HOA management company to…
Friendly, professional, very responsive with support. One team installed a new heat pump, all new ducts and air handler in my crawl space, plus new thermostat, and they did it all in one day, which I was very happy about. The work was neat and tidy. And they patiently showed me how to hook up the thermostat with my wi-fi and phone app.

He and his trainee took time to examine the full system to ensure it was wired properly and that it…
Scheduled an appointment for duct cleaning in my 20 year old house. I initially had concerns on the duct cleaning process but technicians Sergio & Christian took time to explain thoroughly. When they started, they showed me the dirty dusty intake vents - disgusting!. After they completed the job, they showed me…
