My experience with Cool Air Mechanical has been extremely disappointing, from sales and pricing to service and follow-through. When my AC broke in 2025, I received several quotes. I found Cool Air Mechanical through Costco, and that connection, along with their many five-star reviews, gave me confidence in choosing…
We have a maintenance plan with Cool Air. Our most recent technician (William) was the best. He was very personable, listened to our concerns and went the extra mile which ,along with his expertise fixed all of our problems and concerns. It is so nice to be dealing with people like William to keep our HVAC running at its' best.
Eric Carson was fantastic!. Please send him to us again for future visits. So professional and pleasant.
Richard Martinez was professional, on time and thorough. I just experienced great service from Lamar J. of Cool Air. He came out to my house to service 3 of my HVAC units and kept me well-informed of his progress and anything he noticed as an issue. I had a sewage line break that caused my basement to flood and needed immediate help. Very disappointing…

Have used Cool Air since they installed our first replacement system about 15 years ago thru Costco. We kept the service contract and replaced our second unit thru them in that time. We got our AC unit with Cool Air less than a year ago. Since having them come out to install a BRAND NEW UNIT, we have had to call numerous time for issues. In addition, we had to have them come out to work on it multiple times because it did not pass city ordinance. Now, less than a year later, our AC is broken.…

Worst decision I ever made was Choosing Cool Air Mechanical to install a Lennox HVAC through Costco. From the very first installation 4 years ago to today, they've visited my home 34 times, and it's still not right. I've asked for a replacement many times and have had to escalate through Costco several times. DO NOT CHOOSE this company!
On time, was very knowledgeable regarding systems, great service would highly recommend
The technicians who came to perform the service were excellent. However, when I called in to ask for a recap of the services performed, ANDERSON, was obtuse and unhelpful. Today they needed 2 new capacitors to keep them running well. They replaced them and I’m good to go. I respect Edgar’s opinion and professionalism. I have used Cool Air for years now.
Appointments too hard to schedule. Our last interaction was a failure. We called for an appointment for furnace maintenance and were told ‘we’re doing air conditioners now’ .
