Troy was very friendly and educated me about the workings of the thermostat and the how to program it. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks for your help!! Worst decision I ever made was Choosing Cool Air Mechanical to install a Lennox HVAC through Costco. From the very first installation 4 years ago to today, they've visited my home 34 times, and it's still not right. I've asked for a replacement many times and have had to escalate through Costco several times. DO NOT CHOOSE this company!
The majority of the technicians that have been to our home are professional and polite. scheduling is easy
This company has done several different jobs for me: New HVAC, whole house surge protector, new hot water heater with upgrades and whole house 'germicide' contraption that removes junk from the air we breathe in the house, including Covid. Sidney White did a wonderful job cleaning our ducts and vents- he took his time and cared - no wonder we can breathe more easily. This is a service recommended every 4 years- SO WELL WORTH IT.
The technician that serviced me was named Vernon. He was so thorough and explained every part of the service he completed. I could tell he was very knowledgable and skilled. I’ve been with Cool Air for 6 years, and Vernon was one of the best service technicians I’ve worked with in my time with this company. Overall, great experience with Cool Air.
The technician did a good job. Very professional and informative, as well.
