Worst decision I ever made was Choosing Cool Air Mechanical to install a Lennox HVAC through Costco. From the very first installation 4 years ago to today, they've visited my home 34 times, and it's still not right. I've asked for a replacement many times and have had to escalate through Costco several times. DO NOT CHOOSE this company!
The majority of the technicians that have been to our home are professional and polite. scheduling is easy
This company has done several different jobs for me: New HVAC, whole house surge protector, new hot water heater with upgrades and whole house 'germicide' contraption that removes junk from the air we breathe in the house, including Covid. Technician was prompt courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend, and would ask that he return in the fall for my next scheduled maintenance.
Appointments too hard to schedule. Our last interaction was a failure. We called for an appointment for furnace maintenance and were told ‘we’re doing air conditioners now’ . This is a consistent pattern. We have purchased 2 air conditioners from them through our Costco program. Maybe we should have shopped around.
Marvin was thorough, professional and very pleasant.
