Appointments too hard to schedule. Our last interaction was a failure. We called for an appointment for furnace maintenance and were told ‘we’re doing air conditioners now’ . We had Mechanical install our HVAC system three years ago and we purchased their maintenance plan. The installation was perfect and all the employees are very friendly and professional. We would recommend Mechanical to anyone for their HVAC system needs!

Juan was great polite and explained service he performed. However I am not happy that I have to pay extra for a filter that I thought was part of the maintenance contract.
Could not have been more pleased with my technician Lamar, who kept me posted on when he would be at my home. He was extremely pleasant knowledgeable, and make sure I knew anything that was going on, and always asked if I had any questions. He was very conscious to put on booties, and treat my house professionally. I was extremely happy with my outcome.
