Worst decision I ever made was Choosing Cool Air Mechanical to install a Lennox HVAC through Costco. From the very first installation 4 years ago to today, they've visited my home 34 times, and it's still not right. Appointments too hard to schedule. Our last interaction was a failure. We called for an appointment for furnace maintenance and were told ‘we’re doing air conditioners now’ . This is a consistent pattern. We have purchased 2 air conditioners from them through our Costco program. Maybe we should have shopped around.
