Cool Air stepped up and did the right thing. I apparently got a bad compressor that failed after 1 month. They couldn't find the necessary part anywhere in the Lennox system so they agreed to replace the entire unit the next day. Great resolution!

The technician who came after hours to troubleshoot the issue found it methodically, but quickly, and was able to tell, explain & show me the root cause.
