Cool Air Mechanical did a great job of replacing my furnace and HVAC systems. I am a Costco junkie and this company has a relationship with them. The two-man team of Abner and Ivan was on time, very professional, efficient, and courteous with my property.

My experience with Cool Air Mechanical has been extremely disappointing, from sales and pricing to service and follow-through. When my AC broke in 2025, I received several quotes. Very respectful and pleasant to work with.
very thorough. great job!
Very professional and very knowledgeable
We had a great experience with Kennie Picon. He was very knowledgeable, personal and professional. He took his time to explain everything in detail. Everything he told us was completed to our full satisfaction. Thank you Kennie!
Learned of Cool Air through Costco. Subsequently needed 2 units replaced after assessment of our average 20 year old system. Kennie was able to help secure fairly good deal for us since each of the 2 units puckered out within a month apart. Prompt assessment services and proposed installation within 3 days during…
Kennie Picon is a terrific salesperson and representative for Lennox. He answered all of our questions capably and made us feel valued as a long time customer. We enjoyed our interaction with him.
We didn't have to wait around for an arrival window, Kenny called early with his ETA. He was organized and knowledgeable, and came to a price that beat the competition. Installation was arranged for the following day, no waiting on that either.
Excellent experience with Kennie Picon! He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful throughout the process of purchasing our Lennox Mini-Split system. He answered our questions clearly and made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Kennie for his outstanding service!
Kennie Picón was easy to work with and provided me with some options that was a fit for my home.

Cool Air Mechanical is great! Kennie did a great job providing a comprehensive quote for our complete system replacement. We had a great experience with this company Cool Air Mechanical . The representative technician Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and gave a clear explanation of the problem . We appreciate his professionalism and it was a very smooth and stress-free experience. The workers provided timely and Great service for the installation of HVAC.
As far as I can tell, the 2 install guys (can't remember their names), did a great job. Everything from the start (inside the store), to finish has been so simple, and easy to understand.
I had a great experience with Cool Air Mechanical. We are having our whole AC System Replaced. Kennie Picon was a great help in explaining the work to be done and the full lifecycle of the project. He was also very useful in understanding our options to the finest detail.
Alex and team were great to work with. Communication was clear, the process was easy and everyone showed up on time. Installation went off without a hitch. Would absolutely use again.
This is my second major purchase from Cool Air Mechanical. They do excellent work, have very personable and knowledgeable staff, and provide excellent equipment. Super company!
We knew our current system needed to be replaced, so Donovan came out to give us his assessment and quote. He was totally lovely, and knowledgeable, and eager to be competitive with rates. My kids absolutely loved having him in the house, and we'd be very happy to do business with Cool Air Mechanical.
We worked Advisor Donovan Jenkins to get a new air conditioning system installed. He was knowledgeable, professional and attentive to our needs and concerns. He also delivered on all the things we discussed, including getting the installation completed the very next day. I would definitely recommend Cool Air Mechanical.
Great company, paired with Costco for extra cost savings!
Kennie Picon was my consultant. He was very professional and not pushy. He examined my system and checked for compatibility with my existing furnace looking for ways to reduce my costs. He explained all my options clearly and made me feel informed in my decision. Knowing Costco has these kind of professionals…
Best decision was to go with the HVAC proposal by Kennie Picon with Cool Air Mechanical! It's super quiet and efficient. The installation crew (Elio, Johann, and Morteza) was marvelous, on time, and respectful of my property. They were speedy - installation was fast - but they were very patient with me as I learned…
Donovan Jenkins did an exceptional job guiding me through my purchase of a new HVAC. From the start, Donavan planned to earn my business and not assume that I was ready to make an uninformed high pressure decision. In his presentation/pitch he showed me why I could trust his expertise, listened to my experience and…
Donovan was great! He made the whole process of replacing my AC easy and simple. Highly recommended!
Getting quick support from Andre Haygood and Kennie Picon when needed was quick and effective. Thank you guys so much for the great job you do.
Definitely 5 stars! My salesman, Steven Coleman was not high pressure at all. Explained in great detail and was very knowledgeable about the whole system. The installers, Lewis and Douglas, were super nice and polite. Always put on booties when entering the house, which I appreciate. They worked diligently and were…
Very professional service, excellent result! Highly recommend them for any AC work!
We had a new a/c, heating and thermostat installed today. Professional crew. Did a wonderful job!
Eric does excellent, thorough work.
Great job!
Have used Cool Air since they installed our first replacement system about 15 years ago thru Costco. We kept the service contract and replaced our second unit thru them in that time. They have been awesome including stepping up to replace a broken refrigerant line free (about $1400) and owning up that the issue…
Victor and team members were very professional, efficient and lived up to my expectations. Cool Air has always provided superior service over the years. I would strongly recommend Victor, Tony, Dean, Valencia and others who have serviced my units. Overall, I would give a rating of 10+ to those representatives I…
Great and professional service. Came on time and got the unit installed and it has been keeping the house cool since then. They walked me through afterwards and answered my follow up questions.
Very professional and efficient. Checked for leaks when he finished. Very happy with job.
Great experience from consultation/estimate to installation! Very thorough and professional team.
the installation guys were on-time, professional, provided frequent status updates, had a good attitude, and seemed to enjoy their work.
Purchased new HVAC system. Salesman was personable, knowledgeable and a breath of fresh air. The installers were efficient, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. You are fortunate to have such great employees.
Update…. The sales process went smoothly as one would expect. Installation was also prompt, in hindsight this could be attributed to the salesperson eagerness to install before we changed our minds on three units being installed at once. Everything after this has been horrible!! Two failed inspections, three visits…
Arrived on time and did everything they said they would. Dealt with complications (ants under old heat pump). One issue with thermostat but Julio troubleshot it, found the issue and fixed it. House nice and cool now and very happy with everything.
The entire team from José, Joe, Winston, and ?(forgot his name but blonde, taller, and southern). They were incredible and very informative. We had a quote, they worked with us on pricing, then installed in our weird janky closet/basement and made everything work perfectly. They were clean and fast and so easy to work with. 10/10
Great Experience. True professional of the HVAC industry. Our rep Don is the best. Did a thorough load analisis. Didn’t try to upsell us but also didn’t push cheap disposable unit. Installation went fast and smooth. Had my house cooped in less than 24 hours after closing our deal. Will recommend 100%.
My very old, inefficient system needed to be replaced. The furnace was 63 years old, and the air conditioner was 25 years old. Both functioned well, but the inaccessible evaporator coils were causing leaks in the basement, and I needed something that would operate more economically. David Scott didn't try to…
Signed up for their buy 3 year, get 3 year maintenance to the AC and heating units. Greg- Technician who came out and serviced both units his was able to provide detailed explanation on procedures, was very thorough in the cleaning process, and arrived on time. One word of warning- The prepaid maintenance plan…
Excellent experience! Very competent crew! Very efficient and polite! Hardly knew they were here. Extremely fast and high quality installation!
I have used Cool Air multiple times over the years and most recently a few times for a problem at my home residence and my rental property. All of their techs are fantastic. I can't say enough fabulous things about them. I've been super happy with their service. I highly recommend them!!! Update: I still stand by my…
Both Stan Bailey and John Ramos were amazing to work with! Stan took his time and explained the benefits of the new heating and air systems, and John worked diligently on the installation. The new system is great and a terrific upgrade from our much older units. I highly recommend!
Worst decision I ever made was Choosing Cool Air Mechanical to install a Lennox HVAC through Costco. From the very first installation 4 years ago to today, they've visited my home 34 times, and it's still not right. I've asked for a replacement many times and have had to escalate through Costco several times. DO NOT CHOOSE this company!
David Gonzalez and his brother perform a wonderful job and very professional. They answer all my questions about the job and the equipment. Amazing people
We are so happy with the installation of our new HVAC system. Our home was newly built in 2013 and we were surprised to find out that the system they put in was working harder then it should’ve (3,700 sq ft). We should have had two systems but at the time it met the requirements for a 5 ton unit. After several…
Installers did a good job. Friendly and professional.
From my first encounter at Costco, then the technician, and the installers, I had a world-class experience! Glad I stopped before exiting the store!
Gusman is very trusworthy. He tells everything that was wrong or right with my units.
The crew that came out were great. They displayed professionalism, knowledge, respect, great work ethic, and they were very nice. They showed me everything and and made sure I knew about my new unit. Great customer service and a great job.
We had our initial consult with Vernon. He was very kind and down-to-earth which was so helpful since we’re dealing with a tough situation; potential fraud on our seller’s end. We decided to move forward after Alex explained our options in great and clear detail. He was persistent in a positive way that made us…
We just replaced the AC unit they were able to do it the next day. This is our third time working with them. Love the Costco connection as well
Stan and the 2 installers did an amazing job. On time and very professional. I definitely would recommend Cool Air Mechanical to all.
Went through Costco and they sent a helpful sales representative, Kennie Picon, who helped me replace 2 older units. I encountered some difficulties with one unit and they totally supported me and stood behind their work, which is everything that matters. The systems work great and the installation is top tier.
Free in-home estimate. Mr. Kelley carefully explained everything about my current unit output. He checked both the outside unit and inside unit. I asked a lot of questions about replacing my 15 year unit. I was given a choice without being pressured. He was a very professional and attentive salesman.
Riley and Isaiah come out early very nice and professional did a Great job thanks guys
Overall happy with my experience. Got a whole new HVAC system through Costco/Cool Air Mechanical. We got the highest end variable speed system they offered, and in the end it was a similar cost to the lowest end systems offered by other big players. The sales guy was easy to work with and honest. The install crew…
Knowledgeable, excellent, honest, professional service. Would call on Cool Air again at any time we need help. Thanks so much.
Kennie Picon was very attentive and friendly! He helped us with getting set up for our air conditioning installation. He speaks Spanish as well which helped my parents understand all the steps in the process 😁
Estimator Alex was knowledgeable, patient and happy to answer all the questions we had. Installers Winston and Brian were courteous and professional, it was a pleasure to have them here.
Buyer Beware!! Initial install had leaks, ceiling leaked, water ran down walls and in electrical outlets and in carpet. They finally sent out a contractor to fix. Scheduled for warranty maintenance and the techs don't show up. So frustrated with this company!
We really like our maintenance guy Damian. He is very honest and thorough. We know with his service our expensive appliances will last.
Winston, Brian, Otniel and crew were phenomenal! They installed a unit with two zones for us and were in and out in about 4 hours. The work looks spectacular, and everything is working great! Highly recommend their services!
Based on the five-star service I received, I could write a lengthy review… but in the interest of time (mine and any reader) I’ll try to bottom line it! Nearly everything about this experience exceeded my expectations. 1. While shopping in Costco, I requested info about a new HVAC system from David Bamidele, the…
I had two A/C units installed. 3 Technicians arrived on time. Job was done before time. I dealt with Julio medrano, John and Hunter. All three technicians are very knowledgeable about HVAC. I definitely recommend Cool Air. My place was left clean as before. Professional service.
These guys are incredible. Tim went over everything with me beforehand, and took the time to answer all my questions. The system that they put in was so much more advanced than what I had. The installation team got here at about 9 AM and finished by 5 PM. This was a full start from nothing installation. Nice group…
Fast, fair and friendly service
Extremely professional showed up on time completed the job and removed the old furnace, ac, concrete pad, and any other trash that was made during the job. System has been working better than ever since they upgraded me.
great service and Daniel is patient and professional.
No pressure to purchase, just detailed information on achieving total comfort for our home. Thanks Tim for your professional and expertise.
We had a entire new AC/furnish unit installed & overall the process went very smoothly. The installers arrived on time, called ahead & let us know when they were on the way. Once they arrived, they were friendly, did a great job of explaining the installation process, and answering any questions I had. Once…
- The Back Story - Four months ago, in preparation to replace a 22-year old system, I received no fewer than five estimates from well known Atlanta contractors. Surprisingly, the least professional and comprehensive proposal came from my long-time maintenance company. All were within $1,000 of each other. A week…
Great install team. They were courteous, cleaned up, and explained everything well. Thnx to Winston and Brian.
Thay are professional i am happy with the job on my system
Excellent service on time and in budget

Great experience with our recent heat pump and air handler system replacement. Very knowledgeable installers who gave us great info during and after the install. On time, cleaned everything up, showed us the new system features
Excellent work and customer service
Service technician Kyle was very knowledgeable about A/C & Heating equipment. Reviewed the issue of not cooling properly all day. He was able to get the unit running properly and recommended his manager to also check unit. I would recommend Cool Air Mech for your A/C & Heating needs.
Professionals all from start to finish, and all the moments in-between. Always polite and considerate of questions about the process.
Stan was great and very informative. I look forward to continuing business with you all.
Our technician was polite and careful and did a great job with our new Furnace, AC and thermostat installation! Bikram Malhan was especially helpful. He should be commended for his excellent customer service!
Very professional. Very pleasant

Luis & Mario definitely earned my 5 star review! They were knowledgeable, thorough, and communicated well. They removed one of my dead 15 year old units and replaced it with a top-of-line high efficiency one. They were neat and removed the old unit in its entirety. I can’t be happier with the results. When my…

Stan is very professional; patient in explaining the whole process. Was delighted to work with the whole group. —Duct cleaning needs to be done
I first gave this company 5 stars when they installed our system over five years ago. I have to continue the accolades. They are always professional, friendly and on time. They give me updates as to their arrival and are very responsive.
Another professional service technician for our semi annual maintenance.
Tim did a very good job and took his time explaining us all options for 2 brand new systems. Very knowledgeable and professional service. Not only did he provide us with 2 great working units, he also advised us to add one return vent and one supply vent in a strategic location, free of charge. Which made a…
The installation of my new Lennox system went smoothly and the system is functioning as expected. David Scott was here the morning the system was installed to discuss the details with the install crew headed by Elio Solis. It was 100 degrees outside, and the attic must have been at least 130 degrees, but they got it…
Great service from cool Air. Technician Greg was knowledgeable and professional
Appointments too hard to schedule. Our last interaction was a failure. We called for an appointment for furnace maintenance and were told ‘we’re doing air conditioners now’ . This is a consistent pattern. We have purchased 2 air conditioners from them through our Costco program. Maybe we should have shopped around.
This is the company Costco uses. First time using these guys and they were fantastic! Came early also!! This is an update for 4/12/25. Since Cool Air installed my unit on August 3, 2022, refrigerate has been needed. They would just come out and refill and I don't remember the tech mentioning the leak. My indoor…
In 2021, We had a mystery sewer smell in the laundry room, and Jason got right to the bottom of it, and figured out a few possible solutions to some of the house quirks. In 2025, we had, yep, another mystery smell (a dead animal), and Sid helped us diagnose it, being fully transparent and honest about his…
I had my entire Heating and AC system replaced with Cool Ray Mechanical. My overall rating of their services was 5-Star from start to completion, I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking Heating and AC repair or total system replacement.
Met with Trevor. Quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. Thank you
Nima is the best! He listened carefully to all the temperature problems in my home (only 1177 sq. feet but lots of hot and cold spots). Then, he designed a new system that would equalize the temperature throughout. The very next day, his crew arrived and the installation was awesome . They arrived on time and…

We totally replaced our Heating and AC units. Very happy with Ramos and his crew. They showed up on time and greeted me and and the dogs. When the dogs like people its a good sign. Very professional and timely.
Great customer service. They always respond within 24 hours. I hope to be a customer for life. I was told that most AC units in Georgia last about 15 years. Mine lasted 14. So it's time for a new upgraded one. Thanks a million COOL AIR Ron Crawford- A current satisfied customer.

I value the responsiveness given that my furnace was down and my 93 year old Mom was freezing. They sent a tech the same day I called to assess the situation. Another tech arrived the next morning and solved the problem! I'm a happy customer (and daughter)!
Nick is great. Very professional.
Robert came out to service our 2 heat pumps. He got here 5 minutes early which to me is outstanding. He serviced our units and advised me that my air filters don’t last because we probably need our ducts cleaned which we are having done. Robert was very pleasant to talk with and did an outstanding job. Thanks Robert. Thanks, Scott

Very professional. From arrival to departure. A thorough explanation of what would be done was given. Cleaned up area great and he gave us a review of how to operating the system. First time to use this HVAC company, and I will be switching to them for future projects
Good job. On time, friendly & completed the work in a timely manner. Cleaned up. Explained use of thermostat. Satisfied with the job. One minor item. Did leave 3 small pieces (4-5 inches) of the old concrete pad at the edge of the yard on the grass. Probably fell out of box when moving it.
The installer's David and Ivey were very professional and polite. Only a 4 star because one item will need to be done later by a technician.
Good work, get the work done and clean up as well. Not waste any time. Answer questions and explain them. Great job.
This is our second AC/furnace replaced by the company and we are very happy with their work. Both salesman David Scott and technician John Ramos were polite, communicative, diligent and professional. We didn’t feel pressured during the consultation. John and his assistant showed up on time and was able to complete…
Cool Air stepped up and did the right thing. I apparently got a bad compressor that failed after 1 month. They couldn't find the necessary part anywhere in the Lennox system so they agreed to replace the entire unit the next day. Great resolution!
They are easy to work with and professional. I’ve been using.them for at least ten years and have never had a bad experience with CoolAir.
Nicco did an amazing job of installing and tuning my new furnace. All of the line set and wires are professionally routed and tied down.
Inspection of water fixtures to ensure proper water conservation to have service turned on
David was very professional during our interaction, answering all our questions in a straightforward answer that did not feel coercive. He arrived on time, which is an exceptional positive. We did not have to wait for a quote he provided options and pricing in person and we closed the sale. A win win for both of us. I highly recommend David and Cool Air
Excelente
The overall experience was good. Technicians were helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, professional. 2 days after our air was installed, it shut off. The technician who came after hours to troubleshoot the issue found it methodically, but quickly, and was able to tell, explain & show me the root cause.
Great install terrible service. My AC unit which as less than 2 years old stopped working. I was told that 5 weeks was earliest they could get someone to my home. 90 degrees in April with no AC is not good. Thankfully Georgia has other providers for heating and air. I hired one of those to service my unit.…
Very good presentation and explains.
Received s detailed quote for downstairs A/C unit. Very informative and knowledgeable

Cool Air Mechanical installed our new heating and A/C systems and provides our annual maintenance on those systems. Very professional technicians.
Friendly and responsive to questions. Completed in the time promised.
After installs of new heat furnace, ac unit installed months ago also by Cool Air Mechanical stopped cooling. Visit by 2nd tech showed "Sound Blanket" used by Cool Air tech to cover outdoor components damaged the ac unit. Even though the tech added tefrigrant, ac isn't cooling. We are very frustrated with Cool Air…

Marvin arrived as scheduled. Before entering our home he placed 'booties' over his shoes. He was very helpful and courteous. No question was bothersome to him. Marvin was knowledgeable about his job. And, he was neat. We will certainly request him when we replace our furnace. Would recommend him to anyone…
Junior was a total gentleman and presented A knowledgeable sales presentation on replacing outdated HVAC systems. After previously meeting with 3 others HVAC companies, Junior sold me on Cool Air Mechanical.
We're planning to purchase a new furnace and AC with heat exchange
I would recommend you put him on the next 6 months schedule
I’m a first time home owner and landlord and was not happy at all when I found out my AC was out after purchase. I called around and got several quotes, but after working with Jermaine at Cool Air through Costco, I felt completely informed on what I had, what I needed, and how I can make my life easier in the future…
Our sales person, Nima, made the process very easy from beginning to end. He took the necessary time to answer our questions and ultimately found the best solution for our HVAC system. The entire process was quick, easy and the team was very professional. Daniel (sales) was polite and respectful of our home. Although I have not use the service as of yet, I’m still trying to figure out my best course of action I have to say Tim the technician that was here did a fantastic job and helping me understand how the entire system works, showing me any shortcomings in my current system, and anything I need to consider when doing…

Very thorough and arrived on time. Let me know what he did and any other things I might be interested in
Highly recommended ! can’t thank enough for Winston’s great work. Winston and his team helped replace my 25 years old heating and cooling system. The attic area is narrow and low with very limited visibility. The whole team worked in that small area for one and half days to redo the ducts , replace the furnace,…
Unfortunately BOTH of my HVAC systems failed at the same time. Cool Air installed a new AC & Furnace for my upstairs and main floor. The team couldn't have done a better job. They arrived on time, were respectful of my home & belongings, communicated with me throughout the install, and cleaned the place up better than when they came in. Great job!
I'm a fan of Lennox HVAC equipment, so when my previous service provider switched brands, I switched service providers to CoolAir. When my winter preventative maintenance visit uncovered an upcoming AC failure for our upstairs unit, I decided to go ahead and replace our old system. Timing was fortunate, since…

Elio and his team were very conscious of not bringing dirty into our home. My wife and myself were able to work while they were installing the unit with little distraction. Overall they did a great job and left everywhere they were in the same condition as it was when they got here.
Vernon Mathis was the Leader in our installation of a HVAC system in our Penthouse in a place where we didn't have one before. That can usually be really difficult but Vernon and his crew made it simple and without complications. He installed a new HVAC system in my sister's condo next door and it went seamless too!…
