Installers were on time, courteous and professional and they had my new unit installed in no time. This is my second time having a new unit installed by them and they've been great to work with. The two men who put in new air and heat system today were so so professional and worked continuously. I've purchased 2 AC and 1 Heating systems from these folks. The most recent AC unit install had some issues both initially and subsequently. I feel that Cool Air approached it both professionally and fairly. You can't ask for more than that, and too often experience far less. Danis (Tech) did a nice job today explaining and fixing the problem.
