My experience with Cool Air Mechanical has been extremely disappointing, from sales and pricing to service and follow-through. When my AC broke in 2025, I received several quotes. I found Cool Air Mechanical through Costco, and that connection, along with their many five-star reviews, gave me confidence in choosing…
2nd update: The maintenance manager reached out to me and refunded what I paid for unclogging the drain and talked me through how to keep it unclogged between visits. I appreciate the customer service and will give them another chance based on our history. Updated: while we have used Cool Air Mechanical for several…
Jesse Irwin came out to give me a free quote and did a phenomenal job. I valued his honesty and commitment to helping me by going above and beyond finding the issues with my system. If we decide to move forward with an installation he will definitely be the one I call to do the work.
Phillip Watkins did an OUTSTANDING job replacing my A/C's coil. It took several hours and I felt confident that he has the experience and knowledge to do the job because this was his third visit to my home and I have become familiar with his expertise. Why? Because Phillip is trustworthy, knowledgeable in all things…
Worst decision I ever made was Choosing Cool Air Mechanical to install a Lennox HVAC through Costco. From the very first installation 4 years ago to today, they've visited my home 34 times, and it's still not right. I've asked for a replacement many times and have had to escalate through Costco several times. DO NOT CHOOSE this company!
Marvin did a great job. He was very professional and efficient.
Currently considering their proposal and equating the viability of going forward with their recommended solution.
Thanks so much to Kyle Miller for his quick and precise repair on our heating system. Courteous, competent professional!
Today, Anthony and Lachlan got our HVAC up and running smoothly after the coils had frozen. We could not be happier. We highly recommend Cool Air Mechanical skilled technicians and nicest people ever. We just renewed our service contract with them for another six years. Awesome company!
9/17/25 - We had our water heater replaced by tech "Jason Davis" and he explained everything clearly and we have hot water again. Worked quickly and expertly. What I like about this business is Louis Gusmann. Louis services my units at my residence as well as my business. When I book for service, I always request Louis because I know I will get a technician that is knowledgeable, has integrity, does not take short cuts and is very thorough. If Louis identifies a problem,…

A company with integrity that tries hard to make things right. Supervisor Jason Lobner was out today and totally restored any misgivings I might have had. Highly recommended!
I purchased new HVCA unit installed by Cool Air in 2017, however the reason I renewed my maintenance contract is because of technician Nima Naderpour. Nima is professional, trustworthy and honest. He knows his work and takes great care of his customers. I recommend Cool Air trusting that other technicians are like Nima!
In 2021, We had a mystery sewer smell in the laundry room, and Jason got right to the bottom of it, and figured out a few possible solutions to some of the house quirks. In 2025, we had, yep, another mystery smell (a dead animal), and Sid helped us diagnose it, being fully transparent and honest about his…

2 Reviews HVAC & Plumber: 1. Purchased two 3-ton units 5 years ago, thru CostCo (Cool-Air business partner), use them for routine maintenance.. professional and thorough. Only thing I do not like is they always have something to try and sell you, even non-hvac related. One time, trying to sell drain cleaners.…

These guys are the best when googling "HVAC Roswell". They don't try to upsell you immediately, or use sales scare tactics to get you to spend an obscene amount of money that you don't need too (CASTEEL). They give you your options, plain and simple, and let you decide how to move forward. Troy, our tech that came…
The technician who did the repair was great, but it took almost a month for the company to get back to me with parts availability while my tenant had no a/c for all of August.

Kyle came out to fix a leaking condensate drain. I’m pretty handy and had already troubleshooted everything I could think of. Turns out it was a circuit breaker that was tripped. Joe was great! On time, quick to properly diagnose and the repair was perfect. I'm an electrical engineer, and Joe's troubleshooting steps were a mirror of what I would have done - no unnecessary guessing (or "Easter-egging" as I like to call it) - he looked at the symptoms and went straight to the trouble.
As a returning customer, got my a/c checked out and recharged at very reasonable cost.
Was very respectful and very professional performing his duties and would recommend him to anyone

I've purchased 2 AC and 1 Heating systems from these folks. The most recent AC unit install had some issues both initially and subsequently. I feel that Cool Air approached it both professionally and fairly. You can't ask for more than that, and too often experience far less. Danis (Tech) did a nice job today explaining and fixing the problem.
On time, knowledgeable and professional
Just awesome! We will definitely use Cool Air again and we will be asking for Klayton!
I contacted them through Costco Brookhaven and they sent a representative out the same day. 48 hours later they were installing my new heating and air conditioning system! Very friendly and courteous technician. Helpful with good communication. Replaced blower capacitor quickly and all is well again with my AC. My only negative is the almost $400 total repair cost was higher than expected. $307 for the capacitor and $79 house call charge.
Isaiah was great! We called on Thursday at 12pm and had a tech at our house by 3pm. Then we needed a follow up appointment which was scheduled for 1pm the next day and he came at 1230. Turns out we need another part. Being Friday afternoon at 330pm, why would I expect someone to come out until after the weekend?…

Found them through Costco and they installed a mini split HVAC system in my basement. Since then, I have had them work on my main HVAC system as well as plumbing installation. Every person that worked in my home was courteous, professional, and talented. Most recently, Blake and Mitch performed plumbing work and…
CoolAir has installed multiple HVAC systems for me and have always been service oriented. When a recent problem popped up, they were quick to dispatch service techs to promptly fix the issue. Jaren and Chris, in particular, went above and beyond to diagnose and repair the issue, staying well beyond “quitting time” to make sure everything worked properly.
Nima Naderpour at Cool Air Mechanical is the best AC tech that we have ever used: knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and caring. Great follow up. Highly recommended.
Jerry always gives us great service - professional and lets us know all the options. Thanks!
I got set up with this company through Costco, and I'm so very glad that I did! They installed a new Lennox system for us back in February which has been running well, but as luck would have it the thing gave a weird error last week just before the cold spell and the furnace wouldn't start. They offered to come out…
I want to update my review from earlier today...Stan was fabulous! He searched high and low to make sure we had heat tonight. I am beyond impressed by his service and dedication to ensuring my kids had heat tonight when the temps are back in the 20s. our furnace went out on Christmas Eve. We scheduled an…
Be careful with Cool Air Mechanical. I’ve been dealing with them for 3 months. I’ve never written a bad review before and don’t do so lightly especially with how small businesses are struggling these days. Short version is 3 techs told me 3 different things and I’m out 2.6K between paying them and repairing water…
Sean Haynes came out today, our ac upstairs quit working. He cleaned and tested the outside unit completely and then went up in attic tested and found a bad coil leaking. Sean did a super job and very professional and I was very impressed. He treats the customer the way he wants to treated, very good worker. A+ rating. Ralph Chamblin
When our upstairs A/C was not blowing cold air, we called Cool Air for service. Responsiveness was great when I called with them coming out that morning. We paid a flat fee for them to show up and then it seemed like everything was an additional charge. We paid for Freon and three days later the same thing was…
Dean Williams did an exceptional job for us as always! He is a rock star! We are thrilled with his service and great attitude!
