Tommy Shanks was excellent. He spent loads of time explaining the issue and possible fixes. We really appreciated the detailed attention, cleanliness and professionalism. Highly recommend.
Tommy Shanks was our service person today. He was professional, friendly and thorough. We would love to have him come every time. However, during the years that we have been dealing with this company, we have never had the same technician come twice. I don't know if it's true; but I have heard that they hire…
Have had Shemar out twice and he’s been great both times. Timely, got the job done quickly, and very expeditiously. Would like to have him back.

We used Cool Air Mechanical and Plumbing for water heater maintenance and had a great experience with Jason Davis. He was professional and helpful. He checked all of our fixtures in the house as well and explained issues we had, what was most important to fix and why and provided us with a quick estimate. We will use Cool Air again!

Tommy was great! He updated me on his arrival time, was early, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained it to me in terms I could understand. The repair was quick and reasonably priced. I'd recommend Cool Air, specifically Tommy!
Loved that Mike came earlier than expected since I had no running water in the house till then. He was professional and easy to talk to. He told you what the problem was and what needs to be done. Did the job and now my house has water again.
Great service and crew
Have used Cool Air for seven years with my heating,A/C, and water heater. Today was the first time with Mike Pharr. Efficient friendly and thorough. I’m one happy camper.
Your service tech immediately recognized the problem, had the required repair parts on his truck, got to work and repaired the gas control valve on hot water heater with little fuss and conversation.
Mike was professional and repair was done quickly
A previous technician incorrectly diagnosed an issue with our water heaters, and they suffered a catastrophic failure. Cool Air sent a senior plumber, Jason, on the same day we called and worked with us for a fair repair price. Jason was patient and professional and repaired the water heaters on the same day. Great customer service. Thank you, Jason!
