We used Cool Air Mechanical and Plumbing for water heater maintenance and had a great experience with Jason Davis. He was professional and helpful. He checked all of our fixtures in the house as well and explained issues we had, what was most important to fix and why and provided us with a quick estimate. We will use Cool Air again!
Flush Hot Water Heater
The Technician Jason. D, was on time. He did a quick assessment of the water heater and provided me with all the options. Fixed the problem. A previous technician incorrectly diagnosed an issue with our water heaters, and they suffered a catastrophic failure. Cool Air sent a senior plumber, Jason, on the same day we called and worked with us for a fair repair price. Jason was patient and professional and repaired the water heaters on the same day.
