Tommy Shanks was excellent. He spent loads of time explaining the issue and possible fixes. We really appreciated the detailed attention, cleanliness and professionalism. Highly recommend.
Tommy Shanks was our service person today. He was professional, friendly and thorough. We would love to have him come every time. However, during the years that we have been dealing with this company, we have never had the same technician come twice. I don't know if it's true; but I have heard that they hire…

Have used Cool Air for seven years with my heating,A/C, and water heater. Today was the first time with Mike Pharr. Efficient friendly and thorough. I’m one happy camper.
Your service tech immediately recognized the problem, had the required repair parts on his truck, got to work and repaired the gas control valve on hot water heater with little fuss and conversation.
Mike was professional and repair was done quickly
A previous technician incorrectly diagnosed an issue with our water heaters, and they suffered a catastrophic failure. Cool Air sent a senior plumber, Jason, on the same day we called and worked with us for a fair repair price. Jason was patient and professional and repaired the water heaters on the same day. Great customer service. Thank you, Jason!

Administrative /Office staff has been helpful and accommodating; Techs are on time and personable. Although I would like the yearly maintenance plan to be less expensive, it is still reasonable and provides a complete assessment of my HVACs. Lastly, I appreciate Cool Air's affiliation with COSTCO. As a 35-year…
Mike was very professional and personable. I was very satisfied with their service and he got everything fixed very quickly. Would definitely recommend.
The technician arrived on time and worked effectively. Took steps to minimized water leakage when the gas control valve was replaced. The only negative comment is that the price seemed excessive for the time the technician spent on my repair.
