Always get excellent service. Their techs are always friendly and straight forward.

Cool Care has a lot of five star reviews because they're a great company. Maybe if all companies were like this, there'd be less road rage and existential angst. Think about how much better life would be. Also, I'm a long time Spring Branch resident and like that they're in the hood. And, I recommended them to my… Read full review

Again, Cool Care comes through with excellent service with my six month service and minor problem. Technicians were prompt, competent and courteous.

As a long time Cool Care client for my primary residency I engaged them for my investment properties AC maintenance program. Super reliable, responsive and professional to the highest standards. I can only recommend Cool Care if you are having an HVAC issue or you want to avoid those issues and enroll into their maintenance program.

I signed up for the AC/Heater check-up twice a year. Chris came by for my winter service. I noticed a light in my attic had dislodged and he fixed it for me. This was not something that was on his "to-do" list, but fixed it anyway. Wonderful ethics!!!

I have used this company for four years and they are always very professional in every way.

The tech that came out was on time, very polite and explained everything very thoroughly.

After talking to several different companies, Chris @ Cool Care was by far the most knowledgeable and gave me the most thorough analysis of our problem. We replaced the entire A/C system and all new duct work, and now the system is working like a champ. Highly recommend using Cool Care.

Well trained technician, well mannered , and explained what they did! We have a 1955 home that needed some TLC. Happy to have this company as my AC go to company!!!

Cool Care replaced a 2 tons heating/cooling system in 5 hours. Staff were professional, got thing done quickly, and cleaned after the installation. I have been using Cool Care in the last 3 years.

Called on a Monday requesting service and a quote for some duct replacement. They had me on the schedule for the next day. Technican was prompt, and walked me through all his recommendations once he was done. Happy to use them and happy to recommend them.

We will not go anywhere else! The personal upfront and honest service that we received makes this a 5 star company! Thank you Cool Care Heating and A/C!

A/C cut out at about 4:00 pm. Cool Care came out at 6:00 pm and fixed my problem. I was so thankful as it was a hot day.

I have been using Cool Care for five years. They have replaced two AC units as well as done semi-annual maintenance. Unlike some other HVAC companies, they don’t try to sell you equipment you don’t need. I highly recommend this family-owned business.

Chris came and did a thorough inspection of our ac/heater unit on the same day we called. He has a very good and honest demeanor about him. Pricing was fair. Felt like he was working with us instead of selling us on repairs. Highly recommend them.

We have used Cool Care for our cooling and heating needs for the last several years. Maurice, their Service Technician, serviced our AC units today. Maurice was on time, professional and meticulous in his work. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have a complex system and Maurice quickly diagnosed the problem. The Cool Care team once again saved the day and left the temperature just right.
